I was buying these for a patient where I work, she loves them, and I thought they were just a gimmicky thing….but finally decided to try them myself. I did ok the first time, and the set lasted about 10 days without any edges coming up or chipping, and that’s good because I use my hands a lot in my job and wash them probably 3-4x an hour, sometimes more. It’s typical for me to get no more than two days out of traditional polish before it starts chipping….so I am amazed with these!! I’ve also noticed they are somewhat protective, my nails never get very long before breaking, but they are really growing now.

Barely noticed the alarm. It didn’t bother me at all but I guess that’s me. Heard an occasional chirp 🤷‍♀️

I am new to the Color Street world and figured I would mess them up, so I was thankful for your video. I HAD TO COMMENT TO YOU THOUGH BECAUSE AFTER I WATCHED YOUR VIDEO, I TEXTED MY HUSBAND AND TOLD HIM WE NEEDED BATTERIES FOR OUR SMOKE ALARMS!!!! I stood under a smoke alarm for about 5 minutes waiting to hear it beep, so I knew which one needed new batteries, and NOTHING HAPPENED. I thought I was losing my mind, but I thought maybe it was on the video. After toggling through it again SURE ENOUGH, THERE WAS THE BEEPING!!! That cracked me up, so I had to share with you!

As I was watching this vid I kept hearing that insanely loud beep and checked my smoke detector twice! It is so loud that I thought it was in MY house! Not until I reached the end of the video and read the comments did I realize. Wow! 😱 It is so loud!

Omg you need to put new batteries in your smoker detector. I couldn't pay attention because of that.

If you can't get the plastic film off, use tape - stick it on the film and pull! Viola!

Sounds like you need to put new batteries in your smoke detector. Very important, safety first.

My son who is 30 lived in a place 2 years ago where the fire alarm chirped for the entire lease year!!! He was so lazy about getting on the landlord that he made 1 call and then moved into one of my rentals! Think he’d let me get away with that?

The actual colorstreet nail comes off with the clear strip. Probably won't use again.

With jamberry, we were taught that you'd rather want your strip just a little smaller than your nail to prevent that overlap

I should have looked here first. Mine look like those stick on nails from when I was a teenager- I couldn't get the hang of those either. I really think these need somebody to help put them on. Solid colors are not really something you can do when you are not good with judging width, length and all.
