I was practically born into a smoking pipe factory, the Georg Jensen Pipes, where my father and mother spent a lot of time producing pipes. I also made pipes, and since my father died in 1980, the factory was run by my mother, my sister, and myself. In 2001, I changed work to Mac Baren Tobacco Company, where I was a blender until 2022. Under many others, the HH line of tobaccos is my doing.

This is the third presentation of the tobaccos of The Viking Collection. A blend in direction of an English blend, however with my very own twist. Two Axes is a very complex blend and never dull.

I have made 6 new blends, which are currently only available in the Far East and Switzerland. I call them the Viking Collection, as the Vikings have inspired me ever since I was a kid. I'm not a pipe smoker but I appreciate a little time out, slowing down and enjoying a good cigar and a good liqueur/port wine, a good steak or whatever you can imagine. Life is too short and too fast-paced for constant haste and focussing on the wrong, actually unimportant things😊✌🏻

N.Rustica has the effective MAOIs harmine and harmaline in it. The natives were getting high.

Hi Adrian, I don't know now because the STG buying Mac Baren complicated the case. It was my plan, but we will have to see how things develop. If I get the possibility to do it, I will :)

Hey Per, is this series another 6 tins colab with sutliff? Will you be doing any new blends for the europian market?
Rustica cavendish...very interesting. When I was in Iceland in March I learned about no horns.
After experiencing your blends and the base tobacco’s Stoved Katerini and Stoved Rustica this blend sounds amazing and should be delicious and unique, I look forward to trying it!

No, it is not from Ribe. I visited Roskilde Viking Ship Museum and Sagnlandet i Lejre. Völva of Ribe is unfamilar to me. Have a nice week end :)

Is it some EU legislation that prevents you from introducing those new blends to the European market?
If I import the tobacco to the EU, there will be a duty of 70%, which will make the tobacco expensive. But who knows what will happen in the future.
@@PerGeorgJensen thank you for your reply. I was hoping I would be able to get those and the recent blending tobacco series in Denmark or even in Germany. Seems like all your new blends (like the Birds series too) are unavailable for the European market, and that's a pity 😕 I hope one day the EU import fees will become reasonable to allow for that.
