Hey! Ive been watching your videos since the CIA is one of my school options and I want to go for an associates in baking/pastry arts!! Would you have to take fundamental courses like college writing or math only in the first year or would you have to do it the entirety of your college career?

There are people from all over the world at CIA and everyone is united through food. Regardless of the population it is one of the best culinary schools in the country and that is the focus for most people in the school!
