im pretty sure the bass didnt sound this fat and prominant in the mix of the real peoples mixes , have you messed about with the stems yourself ? they generally sound better overall . bit of reverb and delay on liams slightly weaker undeveloped voice would be good i think
I haven’t touched them, they are Direct From Cassette Recordings, and I haven’t messed with them in any form.
@@remix1731 are these "demos" the original takes at mono valley? as you stated they were demos i assumed they were the demos done in liverpool with the real people but 2 tracks im think these arent demos but the first attempt at the album or the first attempt with mark coyle at sawmills but unmixed ? in fairness im listening on some very bassy pc speakers so thats why the bass sounds a lot bigger

They are all demos taken from Different times they are recorded, I’ll have to look back at the file but I haven’t touched any of these mixes, the only monnow valley I know that’s in here is Bring it On Down.

Morris did an amazing job but Live Forever still sounds better here than on the album
Oasis were fuckin' underground rock beast 93 -94, they never went from being good or at least decent 'til the end in my opinion, but the early stage surely was something else. Departure of Tony and Noel's starting forcing football stadium anthems out of him changed them, maybe not for the worst but different.
Yeah they were raw and more underground sounding until Definitely Maybe. Nick McCabe said he heard the white label of Columbia and picked them as support for Verve on the strength of that.

very few of these are demos. supersonic didn’t have a demo for starters. mostly these are radio versions
Supersonic is yes a radio session, and besides Shakermaker also being a radio session the rest are actually demos.

It’s actually just a very early Live acoustic performance of it, I know the title can be misleading but I scoured the internet for a demo and their is none, Noel did mention their is an acoustic take coming out for the 30th Def Maybe Anniversary So I’m looking forward to that 👀
