My son says he doesn't like Eddie van halen because he says Ed was a showoff..NO WAY!!! Eddie was always smiling not because he was a showoff, but because he absolutely loved the fans and he loved playing...I had the fortune of meeting the mighty van halen at a show in Hartford Connecticut, and the guys were just AWESOME guys!!

This is just bad ass that's all there is to it.. My fav band of all time..Been to every show starting from Fair Warning on. The good ol days of partying in the parking lot with a group of us 7 hours before the show even started...LOL Forgot to mention big props to the individual who dug up this footage and shared it ..-->>>👍

The first clip was best part of VH at the US Fest! They could have left Dave back in Pasadena and we would have been absolutely fine with it.

DLR was awful even back then. The band was so badass they carried him. Thank God Sammy came along.
