Happy to serve You ! I found that clip some 2 years ago on the ORF page. On the occasion of the Seefeld Nordic Champs 2018, they had "the most remarkable moments in history of Nordic Championships" online. Somewhere on a VHS tape I have the full race, but last time I tried to play it, it was pretty distorted; the image flipping around almost every second or even more. BTW: In 1999 I was next to the track, at the very last ascent visible in this video. We Austrian fans were overjoyed at that time. However, what later came out about "certain procedures" at that time in this team diminished the enthusiasm a lot ... But despite of all that, for me it still is a memorable moment in history of Nordic Skiing sports in Austria..

Yeah sure. And a big part of active norvegian athtletes have developed serious asthma, what a coincidence. I don't believe any of them, regardless of their motherland, tbh.

Of course a great performance by Thomas Lange. But there also was an "ideal" tailwind on Saturday, blowing along the course with not so much waves. (In Vienna there is rather headwind than tailwind. But in either case usually it is blowing along the course, equal for all lanes). See also the still valid (presumably "for eternity", since that boat-class is no longer rowed at elite level) world best time of the GER coxed Four on the same day !

Dude you can't give us that one after 20 years. Have you even looked at your precious klaebo and johaug. But if in Austria they find out someone is doped he is not allowed to race ever again.

I should have it "somewhere", but Unfortunately only in very bad quality. Somehow the Video recorder was crazy and now almost every second the images is flipping up over the whole screen;. So it is nothing for TH-cam, but still a document of that remarkable race (where Austria already had a decent lead, but 3rd runner Botwinow fell and ruined his shoe) .
