@ oh!! Haha. I have tried with projector but I actually like the dual tv with the one at an angle the best.
Enjoy your new bike
@@bonn1771 thanks! So far I’m loving it
@@NoodleRidesBikes nice. My upgrade will be fan and maybe tv. Happy training
@ those are big upgrades! I didn’t need this bike but had a crazy opportunity and couldn’t turn it down
Where did you get those mounts to hang your shoes on?
@@seandunne5654 i 3d printed them! If you want some let me know and I’ll sell you some for cheap. Would just have to pay to ship
@NoodleRidesBikes yah that would be rad. Are they screwed in or use like double sided tape or something?
@@seandunne5654 they are screwed in

Huuuuuuuuge!
Thanks amigo!
When did you place your order and how long did it take to arrive?
@@ticklezombie5557 all I ordered from zwift was the handlebars. Took a week to my door after I ordered
I'm not listening to my team and I'm going long next time!! Lol. Good job.
lol! If you couldnt tell, we were all just watching you and marking you. Was a fun race for sure, but so weird.
How do you get the M1 mac mini to send to both TV screens?
@@theodoremclean300 one of them is plugged directly in and the other I am using a USB-C to HDMI converter. Pretty cheap on Amazon
Thanks!
Great long distance sprint! 💪🏻
Thanks!
Would you be interested in joining the ladder league over in TrainingPeaks Virtual? It is still early on, but we could use you and your team to come join us!
What does it cost?
@ two part answer 👍🏻It’s fully free through March! And fully “free” after that if you have a TrainingPeaks Premium account ($10/month). So you get all the benefits of TrainingPeaks AND you get what many/most believe to be a better indoor platform than Zwift, for significantly less than Zwift 🙌🏻 And you aren’t locked into any particular platform by buying “platform-locked” hardware (ie Zwift play controllers, Zwift bike, etc)
@@NoodleRidesBikes my opinion is that if you love Zwift and are committed to Zwift for Zwift-sake, then you’re in the right place! But if you are just looking for the best indoor experience, consider checking out some of the other platforms and it makes sense to not commit to Zwift-locked hardware 💁🏻♂️ Ps I know you just got the ride 🫣 so definitely check out TPV soon in case you love it and you can return the ride 👍🏻
I had the same problem with spacing on the KICKR Core. It still clangs when I put over 300 watts in and stop pedaling. Also the firmware updates took 3+ hours! Reality isn't like the other TH-cam videos you see.
I have now done about 5 rides/races and have had no issues at all. What did you end up doing for the spacers? I have no noise at all, it is nearly silent
Wow, what an effort for the finish. 1000 watts avg for like 23 seconds. Well done. New Bike seemed pretty solid during that.
@@doug759 thanks Doug! that was my first real sprint with the new bike and I was very pleased! Super happy with the setup.
Nice setup!
@@bcrizzo thanks!
My personal honest opinion is that Zwift is selling its loyal customers “Zwift-locked” products, so that when you decide to ride better platforms like MW and TPV, you CANT without abandoning your Zwift hardware. I think ZWIFT knows that is their only way to keep a large population on the platform over the next several years 😅 I could be wrong, but that’s what it seems like as an old Zwift user 🫣
Thanks noodle for the sub! As always, I’m looking forward to seeing your future content! Maybe we can sync up over on Team DIRT in TrainingPeaks Virtual?
That does look nice. I'm curious on how sturdy the front is. Is that single leg robust enough and does it sway at all under hard efforts?
I haven’t done an all out sprint yet but I have done some pretty high efforts and it is far more sturdy than I expected! It makes much more sense after I thought about how much is actually contacting the ground on the front when you have just a regular tire mounted
That looks great. Some time down the line I'm thinking of buying the frame and getting the Kickr V6. What's the break down on the install, were the spacers included? Be interesting if you could get feedback from Zwift or something, as they do sell the Kickr V6 on their site. What a great idea if you could just buy the bars, would open up a whole new market for them.
All of the spacers that I used were included with the kickr v6. I had to use the 142mm spacer on the non drive side, then I had to add a little extra cap on the right side. It appears to be WAY too wide with this setup, but it is the only way to get the freehub to freespin and get the non drive side stable. If you end up doing it and have questions I would be more than willing to help. i would take a video of what it is, but I am afraid to take it off the trainer again haha.
Love the set up
@@LakeDistrictcyclist thanks! New video coming soon. Already switched some stuff up 🤦♂️
I have a fan mounted behind me on a remote button as well as in front. it really helps when I need additional cooling. j
Double use! Gives you a nice tailwind too!
Very nicely filmed/created video!😍 Respect - I have still a long way to get to this quality😅
I wish I made this video. I am just the actor! 😃
Solid setup So jealous of the tvs and fans
@@bonn1771 they are surprisingly cheap. The TVs were just over $100 and the fans are like $50. I slowly upgraded over time but with those all I am only at about $300
@NoodleRidesBikes nice I will grab the fans. As I have my trainer in my living room in my apartment. Happy training

Nice. Really like the screen set up.
Screen setup is my #1 upgrade for sure. It is a game changer
Nice setup. I have the Click and thinking of getting the Play while it's on sale at $50. Do you find yourself shifting more with the Click or the Play?
Definitely the play. I use sram on my day to day road bike so it feels the most natural. It is awesome to have steering and controls as well. Hands down worth it for $50
You should consider giving the DIRTy Rascals Ladder racing a try over on TrainingPeaks Virtual 👍🏻🙌🏻
Have you tried out TrainingPeaks Virtual racing yet?
I hav not. Have you? Would love to hear any feedback
@ I could not recommend the platform enough - definitely give a couple races a try on the platform! You’ll love it March 24-30 is the Grand Tour - make sure to get acquainted with the racing before then 😊 I look forward to hopefully seeing some TPV content on the channel 🙌🏻
@@PedalToProgressInteresting! Good attendance on the races? What is the cost of it?
@ free until March, then the cost of TrainingPeaks Premium ($10/month) More and more attendance all the time 🙌🏻 the bots are almost just as good as humans though so you won’t even fully realize that humans are not swarming the races. But humans come when humans like you come and make videos about it! 😊💁🏻♂️
I like the single speed. I assume shifting is through Zwift using the Play controllers?
Correct, I have to use virtual shifting with either the play controllers or the clicker

@@Michael-fi6ve thank you! Really appreciate that. It’s taken me a while to get to this point

@@adriandanescu6485 haha I have! I am trying to convince my wife to let me. I will keep you posted. She doesn’t seem to like the idea. Give me reasons to convince her
Tell her it’s Cheaper than buying a green screen 😂?? Also, such a great idea to have a dedicated Zwift frame with no cables etc
@ I tried that haha. She doesn’t seem to care. I think I’ll be able yo convince her though. I got tired of taking my other bike on and off during the months that are indoor and outdoor depending on the weather so I decided to go this route. It has been great!
Awesome looking setup. Not sure what you would gain by getting the Zwift Ride, but a comparison would be a good vid.
@@DF-cc5im it sounds kinda dumb, but really the only reason I want it is for the bars. Having the zwift play controllers under my normal hoods just feels a bit off. With the zwift ride bars it is all one piece with the hoods and controllers combined. Would be super nice to have in my opinion.
I have the Ride and i love it so far… but u cant use the climb with it unfortunately
@ this is the only thing holding me back right now. Still very tempted though since I don’t use the climb that often
@@NoodleRidesBikes maybe you can Shorten the leg of the ride and drill a hole for the axle 😅 I would love to see someone try
Very Cool set up!
Thanks! Much appreciated!
Awesome setup, especially love the TV configuration. I see the strip lighting, do you change the lighting levels? I have a colour change room light, when zwifting I drop it down to a cool blue, i think it helps make the experience more immersive.
@@markbphilip yea I change the colors and brightness quite often. I get bored lol.
Great video! I will definitely do a few changes to my indoor setup. Thanks!!
@@michaelspangenberg2792 of course! Glad I could help! Any questions let me know.
What is the mount you are using for the lower angled TV? I have it on a free standing mount which gives me the angle albeit still too high
I use a normal flat tv mount attached to a thin piece of wood. Bought the mount for like $10 at Walmart. Then I took a bunch of 2x4’s and screwed them together to create the angle if you look at 4:18 it shows a side view of it. I then screwed the flat piece of wood to the 2x4’s and badda bing badda boom!
I see that you use a mac and with the latest MACOS update you don't have to buy a green screen you can just enable croma background in your camera settings.
Hmmmmm... this is interesting! What mac version is this on? Ill try it out tomorrow!
@@NoodleRidesBikes The newest update. So when using your camera. There is a icon that will appear in the top task bar. Right click it and choose to change your background then download an image of a chrome key and use that as the background. Boom free green screen.
Nice. So few people have the screen in a low angled position. Its so much better this way
@@CentristRN it’s definitely the best upgrade I’ve done. Absolutely love it
Nice setup!
@@thomasrauer7216 thank! Appreciate it!
Zwift cog does a good job
@@hbmedia4381 I had the zwift cog on my old trainer. Only difference between it and this is big plastic spacers instead of the metal ones. I did this on my actual zwift cog as well because it reduces noise. I agree though, the zwift cog is awesome and a game changer!
The Zwift Ride is really nice. Took a few rides to get used to it but it's so easy to set up and dial in the setup properly. Definitely worth it. Because of it I realised I now need a bike fit because I'm so much more comfortable on the Ride than I am my actual bike.
Yea I’m pretty tempted to get it. Maybe I’ll have to!
@NoodleRidesBikes it’s a great frame. I held out and got just the frame only and the tablet holder, spent a while dialling in the fit and it’s so worth it. Almost no maintenance to do, just the chain to replace every X thousand kilometres and possibly the cog. Definitely get it if you can see yourself doing tons of mileage on it!
クランクの長さが調節できる次のバージョンは考えてみます。
Awesome pain cave. I suggest a sweat net to go over the top tube. A $20 item that protects your frame from corrosion. Tacx makes a good one, I’ve used for 5 years Love the bike. I’m also on a CAAD model
@@dansheremeto4073 thanks buddy! I actually have one but never put it on because…. I probably shouldn’t admit this… I never drip sweat on the bike. I basically freeze myself out and am already a light sweater so I am a bit lucky.
