Nick reminds me of my teenage son.
Louis Theroux interviews Dafoe like he’s halfheartedly considering him for a job in his bank.
The Anti-Semtic element really came to the fore when Gibson made Passion of the Christ. For obvious reasons
This interview really felt like hard work for Louis. Felt like Willem was frustrated, bored and kinda like he thought he was doing a press junket. “NEXT” “move on”. Resulting episode is sadly then … one of those eps that you feel might be an anecdote next time Louis chats to Adam Buxton 😅
Totally - this conversation felt fractious and uncomfortable at times. I had to turn it off after a while from second-hand awkwardness. Looking forward to hearing Adam's take!
I'm not sure I'd go that far. I just think that Willem was clearly a little jaded by talking about some of the regurgitated stuff he will have talked about so much before. He wanted Louis to ask him about the recent stuff, but he kept going back to the old.
@@AndrewLavers Yeh LT was digging in empty holes for the sake of sensationalism and headline snippets. Unenjoyable and weak interview.
This is a super boring interview. Apart from the bit where he said he locked himself on the bathroom as kid, for the whole weekend, and pretended to be on the moon. Absolute fruit loop.
I think The Last Temptation of Christ might be in my top 10 films of all time. Probably one of the best endings to a film I've ever seen.
I prefer Louis doing documentaries. He is not a good interviewer
Anti Semitic, yet I'm sure Hollywood has always been mostly made up of Jews lol
Whaddup Lou! Did not know this existed I’m happy to be here.
dude the algorithm does its job sometimes, same here
I love u bb boo boo 😚
Louis, I just want you to know you have always been the one I looked up to that made me go on my own journey. I make documentaries, I'm relatively new to that side but I do the whole thing myself and improving with each one. I only started the youtube side a few months ago but would love to have a chat sometime if you're ever interested. Keep up the great work with your new journey in the podcast world (which I've just been made aware of).
Louis, you don't look well. I hope you're taking care.
It’s the alopecia on his eyebrows
HELLO LEWIE
All of her men hated her in the end They all have storys about her which ain't good 😮 She chews and spits em out Like jlo she does the same 😮 With all her men. Only Peter that's kept his mouth shut (kids)
Louis Why did you send harvey a check for £250 quid he wasn't happy about it infact he ripped it up don't blame him like 😂😂😂😂 I couldn't stop 😂😂😂😂
Where's the full episode. Came here from tictok
It’s on Spotify
This is so embarrassing. He’s sat in front of one of the greatest living painters and all he does is talk about other men. Suddenly I’m no longer a fan of Louis.
Fantastic actor & a son of Dublin. Good luck Barry
I´m really not trying to be a smart-arse but the bacteria doesn´t go "rogue" in some individuals. They can enter the body through skin breaks like cuts, surgical wounds, or insect bites, especially in individuals with risk factors like diabetes, liver disease or suppressed immune function
Hi Louie, I gather you don't like your Weird Weekends episode from Dallas, but you may want to rethink that in light of weirdness and scandals breaking out with Daystar/Joni Lamb at the moment.
terrible guest
Ask him about Rick from Vegas.. the fixer
As if boris didn’t dribble all over her .
Amazing interview! Don't listen to it while going to the gym though 😂! I dunno if it's just the podcast's maneuvering of questions, but I felt seen kinda? I've got the AuDHD, so love the casual discussions of therapy, medical worries, ptsd, and the negativity online. I hope Barry avoids the last bit, no good for no one. (If it ain't supportive or constructive it ain't worth reading) But it's refreshing and relieving to see folks talk about these things and it's not made fun of or put down. It really is a safe space ❤ love it
Bill Gates is a senior executive manager for the cabal.
All Bill Gates has to address with us is why the heck we didn't congratulate him on his medical degree.
one and a half shills
What a victim haha. Mabye he should start taking som responsibility
Nice try Diddy. Bill Gates is one of the boogeymen and Trevor Noah is a puppet. F you both.
They also love him in india
Colonised minds are so easy to sway. I’m Indian, but I see through the deception unlike the majority
Barry is the most beautiful, precious soul. It’s always a joy to see him perform or hear him speak. ❤✨🇮🇪
The TH-cam robot says the roe 😘
I am baffled by all the hate on this video. Tracy’s work is vulgar and intimate and sexual so I’m as surprised as Louis that she was so closed about so many things. And it’s not exactly a reach to expect an interviewer to ask an artist about her contemporaries? I actually listened to the whole podcast and came looking for the recording because I wondered if anyone else picked up on how rude and awkward Tracy was, she also kept saying no and then going on to confirm what Louis had said was correct with many a very minor error. It was all a bit weird. Many of his guests are really open about everything so surprising she of all people was so dismissive of the things he wanted to talk about. I guess that’s entirely her choice though
louis always clowns around a bit. people like to be outraged. i met tracy emin once and she was perfectly lovely but people shouldn’t put her up on some pedestal like she’s a high priestess or something.
I thought the same!
Twitter started 2006.
thanks for the welcome Louis
Ralf Schumacher came out not long ago, at least she knew about it though 👏
Look at those white teeth
He loves the sound of his own voice a little too much. Let your subject talk and don’t compare artists.
Baskin sharks don't bite people
That’s the joke, genius.
No, they eat you whole.
He joins just when TH-cam is going down the bot infested sewer pipe. Louis and team, you may want to set up a Spotify account ASAP, they're starting to court content creators from TH-cam for the reason mentioned, this place is getting infested and Google only seem to want to up the subscription price as often as they can.
You’re letting yourself down! She’s so right! And she’s being very patient.
No she was quite rude and awkward at points
Hyperbole.
He's a bit trite isn't he. The cluelessness isn't just schtick. Blokes of this ilk are aging like sour milk or dodgy 70s comedy.
If he just shut up to allow his interviewees to talk
I don’t think he talks to much he is trying to relate to her style of art. I think he has done a very good job tbh. Art needs to be relatable not ivory tower especially from Tracey.
The goat.
Louis knows it's joke and he's treating it as such 😂😂😂
Stop trying to set him up to get robbed for his chain!
Mmmm, that's weird.. I thought i was going to hear something interesting... Mmmmm, maybe about how a guy who was oxbridge educated, had most of his career given to him on a plate and lives in a house in LA worth millions moaning about his eyebrows falling out..
Bill Gates was the boogie man before we invented the Internet... As someone part of the tech geek world, by starting with computers when I was 9 (1979), taught myself C as 14 years old, he was always the boogie man, but his power and money allowed him to buy absolution. The number of shit stories that guy was involved in, that is ACTUALLY LIVED THROUGH, is absolutely horrendous. The Internet pre-web was us geeks and house views, the most insane combination of people and most of us actually thought you should be nice to strangers, instead of you "normal" assholes joining the places and ruining it. Bill has hated on open source, because it forced him to do a little better as he couldn't just buy it like with everything else and crush it. He still think you should let people die of malaria than risk losing profits. He has never once in his life thought, oh lets stop world hunger, unless he could find a way to profit from it. He actually justify his view by homeless people being useless junk and it's their own fault for starving to death.
Questioning sounded intrusive and insensitive given the severity.
