Hi Mam i am rejected asylum seeker individual from south Africa with rights to work. I met my polish husband in 2022. We got married in june 2023 and i applied for my spouse visa in July 2023. Its actually 12 months today with no decision from home office but have had communication from them requesting more information regarding my health status which i provided. My arc has expired as cancelled the appeal to get married but for some reason my visa application is still linked to my rejected asylum claim. I sm tired of waiting. Do you think i will be accepted or denied?

Hello I mam I been married to Polish wife for last three years before I live with for five years I put case on base of relationship they refuse I didn't have enough proof since I met her then I get married with her they refuse you get married after brexit .they didn't give me date for court marriage because of corona.
