I'm pretty sure you excessively overfilled your supercharger with oil on an m62 supercharger Eaton states only use 30 ml of oil

You had me up until you put the flathead on the bare aluminum. That is exactly what not to do when splitting the snout from the body! These things leak bad enough without hacking up the mating surfaces! Come on man. 🤦‍♂️

Wow, this made a bad connection. The battery cable terminal wasn't clamped tight to the battery switch post at all.

This whole video gave me anxiety. Although I was pulling my hair out when you set the mating surface on to the wood board, I still continued watching to see your torquing sequence and you didn’t film that part. I think you should clean the corrosion off of your wire connection. Corrosion offers resistance which lowers the available current and voltage. 😎

Don't know if it makes any difference but you are filling up the supercharger upside down

thats not how they come stock.

It doesn't eliminate all the current going thru the battery. Just enough to keep the vehicle from starting. Will not stop a parasite drain.
