Oooh! I’ve been using the rest floor and Great Sky Island videos a lot as of late, but I might consider trying this one tonight.

Fun facts about each leitmotif played in this track: Zelda’s Lullaby: played at the very beginning of the track after the first note of the Saxophone. Beautiful. Song of Time: Played as a duet melody by the Saxophone and Trumpet. Probably what makes the track my favorite. Legend of Zelda Main Theme: Played by the Synth, with extra notes in between the middle and highest note of the usual cadence, but it’s still there! (And if you’re REALLY reaching) Ocarina of Time’s Opening Piano Riff: The Piano plays some riffs similar to those played at the very beginning of Ocarina of Time. But the only way this is possible is as if you interpret is as a different Key, and also ignore that the keys gradually lose the melody as it goes through the chorus. The melancholic feel: While bolstered by various melodies across the series, it is mostly melancholic because of the long, droning notes and chords, sounding very reminiscent of “The Final Trial”, from Breath of the Wild, and “Final Hours”, from Majora’s Mask. Also, almost the entirety of the 3D Zelda series is represented here: Saxophone: Tears of the Kingdom Trumpet: Zelda 64 (Ocarina of Time and Majora’s Mask) Synth: Wind Waker and Twilight Princess (Maybe)Pitzicato String: Skyward Sword Keys/Piano: Breath of the Wild All in all, this song feels like what the entire series has been leading up to, and it’s magnificent.

I just wanted to say that i love your totk ambience videos :) ❤️ they've really helpend me get through my thesis and coding my analyses lol I was wondering if you ever thought of making an ambience video with the low gravity sky islands soundtrack? I believe it can be found around wellspring island or other low gravity islands? 🤔 I absolutely love this soundtrack and really helps me calm down as well, and thought it would be great as an ambience video! Of course, thats only if you are willing to make one, if you'd rather not take requests thats fine too! :)

Can't believe that totk has been out for over a year. Amazing game, amazing scenery. I remember in botw this area was a guardian junk yard with several guardians patroling the perimeter, right above it the akala tower with the flying scout guardians.

Love the scenery.

I noticed that the NPC schedules have all been revamped in TotK. While they also had their 'Sleep time/work time/other time' patterns back in BotW, I can see that the expanded towns in the new game made them a lot more interesting to observe. The school addition is a good example. You can see children running to class on morning and then take their own sweet time walking back home for dinner. The same is to be said for the Voe and You classes in Gerudo Town. Those NPC schedules are interesting to watch.

I'm listening to this while creating documents and it's making everything go so much easier. My mind is quieter with this playing in the background 🥰
