I’d love to have been there for the Kerr and kids who only knew them for “anchor” or the antenna album and then cave in blast into the early stuff and people are like “woah wtf?!!” Probably split the crowd…good..

As a Christian. The first time I heard this, (and the lyrics) I was freaking amazed at how I can "like" the music, and the sound of voice, not so much his opinion of vocal choice, But! that suddenly didn't matter any more. This band is good! they have their opinions, and I have mine. But even though they disagree with the cross....... They are good at what they do and this will never offend me.

"You are what you weep, from your head down to the sleet. Fell, tripped up the stairs to a place void in all hints of home. Watch with your heart, run with your gut." My favourite set of lyrics from this song. Caleb had one of the most intense screams, ever. I watch this performance every now and then. And, I get a little choked up

Just been getting into the band recently, watching live stuff like this. From what I’ve seen, something seems to happen over the years with Caleb’s shift from being sorta shy on stage and keeping his head down like here to this figure that just commands respect onstage and melts your face with that crazy voice. Steven’s extreme vocals are great imo, especially from the 2019 gigs they did, but he definitely made the right decision handing that stuff over to Caleb. Real shame what happened to him...

RIP Caleb. He was a super sweet dude. Chatted with him for a while at their merch table many years ago, and he was just a wonderful guy. I'm pretty sure he'd never met a stranger. He will be very missed.
