Do you need supplements?
Supplements I like are a good probiotic, multi vitamin (if you're not doing the 5&1 since the fuelings have your probiotic and mulit vitamin in them) fish oil, especially if you don't eat a lot of fish, vitamin b complex, and vitamin your doctor says you're low in (calcium, vitamin d, zinc etc). I love using the Optavia Essential amino acids to protect and grow muscle, creatine, and an electrolyte.

    My Why is to be at 200 lbs or less for my knee replacement surgery on Oct 4th. That means I have 30 lbs to lose, which I know is possible when I follow my 5&1 plan and do my PT exercises.
