    Killing that background music and maybe including some narration about what you are doing would be more appropriate. You are providing training and education to your audience keep this in mind for your future productions. Don't believe me. Cut a second version killing all the music an provide an informational narration over the video and you will see your viewership increase.

    Thanks for the video, the forums would have you believe you need to take more parts off, but the 4 heat shield bolts and the nut that holds the oil feed & coolant feed in place, plus the oxygen sensor and the clip for the turbo stepper motor, are all you need to remove. The stud can be left in place and everything else as there is enough flex in the pipes and heat shield to do the needed work.

    So i just tried another combo and it worked. Turn on car without pedals pressed. Then did your method pressint the gas 6 times for a click. Then i added 6 brake stomps after that holding the last break for about 6 seconds then turn off the ignition. Then start up engine.

    Is there any other coolant line to the turbo? I can see without removing anything a metal line that goes from the ground up to the bottom of the turbo and it looks like it goes on the passenger side of the turbo. And I can see dried coolant on the line. Not sure if that’s one of these two lines or if there is a third. It’s a 18 2.0

    I have a slow coolant leak on the side coolant revisor your working on next to turbo it’s leaking under the car someone said intercooler but I’m pretty sure that located in the front of the car and my friends said change the o rings all around there’s three that go under the turbo ? Down to engine area

    • @allseasonmaintenance908
      @allseasonmaintenance908 ปีที่แล้ว

      It’s a very slow leak but it’s there and when I drive I smell coolant under the black cover under the car when you remove it to do oil change you can see all coolant turbo was replaced a few thousand miles ago I’m thinking the o rings were not

    • @Cityboymotorsport
      @Cityboymotorsport ปีที่แล้ว

      Taking a look at the intercooler system and radiator isn’t a bad idea but the coolant bottles are known to crack and yea that’s most likely the case the o rings get almost flat after time, look for any dried runs or gummed up coolant(from the heat ) around the pipes going into the turbo
