Organized by the 7th Regional Office of Fine Arts in Chiang Mai in collaboration with the Chiang Mai Provincial Cultural Office, the event aims to promote tourism to historical sites and the National Museum at night, aligning with the Ministry of Culture’s soft power strategy. The event will take place on **December 21-22, 2024**, starting at 4:00 PM onwards at the activity area between Wat E-Kang and Wat Nan Chang in Wiang Kum Kam, Tha Wang Tan Subdistrict, Saraphi District, Chiang Mai.

The event offers a variety of activities, such as visiting significant historical sites in Wiang Kum Kam, the former capital of the Lanna Kingdom during the reign of King Mangrai, which dates back over 700 years. Visitors can also pay homage to sacred sites and enjoy cultural performances such as Khon, candle dances, and the four-region Muay Thai performance titled *"Chu Siwa Sekhara: Roaring Chai Pheree."*

In addition to these performances, there are many other attractions, including the *Kum Kam Night Market,* showcasing local crafts and traditional foods; a watercolor painting activity featuring Wiang Kum Kam; a demonstration of Lanna lantern-making by community experts; and fun activities for children like "Mae Muan Jai," a mask-painting activity inspired by Khon.
