Hybrid Turbo S7 Hits The Dyno! AND Races Our BIG TURBO RS3 Shop Car!
As the winter months are upon us here in the north east, we won't have a lot of race cars coming in for dyno sessions. Most likely will see a lot more dyno testing sessions come spring time. Meanwhile enjoy some winter content, we're coming up with ideas as we speak!

in this short clip the exhaust flaps are hookup and i give this RS5 a little rev. I wish i could speak with one of the Audi sound engineers about why they make the decisions they do. you have a moster of a V8 made completely silent. then go through the effort to put exhaust flaps on the car which still make it completely silent with the factory exhaust installed.
Audi 3.0T CREC 034 VS IE DYNO Showdown!!! Part 1

This is the first part of a series of videos comparing IE tuning to 034 tuning on the CREC platform. This video showcases stage 2 93 octane offerings from each tuner, let us know what yo...

How much boost total?
@@ChanceBlackheart in this video 17psi at low rpm tapering down to 11 or 12 at redline
@ I’ve been going TT on my E500 this year, already have all the bolt ons done and getting tunes lined up atm. Is 24psi gonna be a stretch? (12psi per turbo) I’m aiming to shatter the transmission on the first launch so I can have an excuse to give my wife so I can put an XP1 in its place. By my calculations, I should net 960bhp at 5600 rpm’s with 24 psi of boost, which is enough to do the transmission in, I just don’t know that the block could handle that degree of boost. The only two people doing crazy turbo/twincharged/swapped Benz stuff is you and BMS, so I’ve only got y’all for reference on this.
Wowwwww that is awsome i started to work with my dad when i was 7 and now i am bigger i am starting to do more stuff like electric

Glad to see you're enjoying the changes from our tuning! It looks like this video was actually filmed and file tested before we officially released the new Stage 2 tunes, meaning that the 93 file tested here is actually less potent than the one currently on the server (R2.0 CREC). The new R2.0 files also have the coolant pump run at 100% at all times automatically, which should help his IATs. If he goes back and retests, he should find even more power gains on this newer variant of files. Looking forward to seeing more videos!
It looks like will definitely be re-testing both 93 files 👍🏼
Great video. We definitely support this platform and would be happy to help with any issues. Further development beyond single pulley tuning is limited, but that doesn't mean we don't support the platform by any means. We have hundreds of customers all of which we will continue to support with any of their needs. In regards to the fueling issues that seem to be occurring on E85, we would love to see some data/logs to see what could be going on. Our tune is adjusted accordingly to run E85 on these so if something is going on we would love to figure out if it is mechanical related or tuning and we could fix that. Regardless, the dyno results seem to be fairly on par with our advertised numbers and we would be happy to help out with any issues that may need to be addressed. Have your friend send us an email/message so we can look into it!
I’m running their e85 tune on my CREC and it’s a MONSTER.
Jackal is releasing their E85 CREC files....be good to compare to these two as well.
I'll be doing a single pulley e85 dyno comparison here soon once my pulleys come in.
What brand intake is that on the white a6
It’s a custom intake, essentially a 4” pipe with a silicone bend to 80mm
This is sweet! Rock and roll!!
good stuff
I’m here for this.
Sick car
It is. I can't wait for 034 to drop the dual pulley file so we can turn it up more for adam.

Is this possible for an Audi b8.5 s5 already come super charged I’ve been thinking of adding turbos or at least one
@1brx yes it would be possible. I have not had a customer willing to do that project. I would want to put it on standalone and have dual injection on that platform. It is very expensive. A 4.0t swap makes a lit more sense and power for the money.
@@BATworkshop appreciate your input I am considering the 4.0T swap Forsure
@@1brx i would strongly consider that. I have a customer at 608whp on his 3.0t it is a max effort stock blower setup. That is a tune and e85 on a 4.0t more or less
@@BATworkshop last question and I’ll let you relax Haha do you know if I need a complete transmission swap with the 4.0T or does the 3.0 transmission work with it ?
@1brx i have not looked into the swap, what i know os the s6/s7 dsg has a larger clutch basket than the S4 in the transmission for high tq capacity. If you use a rs7/s8 then you would convert to the ZF8 which is a extremely capable transmission.
I just threw up in my mouth🤮🤮

Looking at getting an 05’ e55 how much would a twincharge setup run me?
@@kdotfunyuns-5300 I would not suggest it after doing it. Either turbo it or get a whipple for it. 15-20k if you brought it to me to do it
@@BATworkshop yeah I’d probably opt for a whipple after seeing that price lol
@@kdotfunyuns-5300 a whipple is 100% a better value. Custom work is very expensive. That whipple seup is fantastic

Did the car owner say, SBF in his Camaro?
@@Jasonbiripicountry That is what he said. He is certainly making power
Hell yeah!!! But what ever happened to the twin charged E55?? Would love to see some updates on how it’s going.
@neolion8150 i still have the twin charged E55. It is directly in front of the car on the dyno. You can see it briefly in the video. I bought a standaline ecu for it. I plan do to testing on it on the dyno and remove the supercharger and see what the power difference is at the same boost pressure with and without the supercharger to see what it does. Then of course turn it up a bunch on E85 and make some power.
Sweet. I did catch it in the vid😉 Stand alone ecu and turbo will be awesome to see what these motors do without the power loss from the S/C. Still love that twin charge set up tho and if could tune properly would be an absolute street weapon.
What size 17s were you able to run. 235 65 17?
Please don't chew bubblegum into the microphone of the camera, it's insanely annoying Would've also been nice to have a bit more meat to the video with some more info and insight, there wasn't even a comparison of dyno graphs or anything really.
@nesmio7378 Thankyou for the input. We will do better on the next video to make a better story of what is happening so there is a more coherent story.
🔥
How many bhp do you get from twin charging the e55?
I don't have a way to control the boost coming out of the turbo currently. Currently it makes a low of boost down low so it made over 600 wheel torque under 3000rpm then the boost tapers way down up top to about 12psi where it made 456 at redline. I have a stand alone ECU sitting ontop of the engine now. I just need to make time in my shop to spend some time decoding the can bus to get it setup to run. Once I do that I will turn it way up and make some real jam.
Thank you for this. Was ready to go to tire shop and start trying on sizes
Is it for sale?

Stock harness and ecu?
@adamokeefe8238 i am using the e55 ecu from the donor car, and the e55 harness. I had to modify the pinout on some of the wires connectors and run wires for the coolant pump for the intercooler
Ive seen your video on the lifted a6 c7 multiple times. I would love to know tire sizes you were running as im getting read to do same lift
@@jarrodwebster8166 i will get you the sizes tonight
Any word on that setup my dude? Got the spring sitting on my work bench. Curious about summer and winter size
@jarrodwebster8166 i just posted 2 videos. In one of the videos it shows the tire size i use. 245 50 20. Falken wild peak AT trail. The car is noticeably slower due to the diameter change. I find my self locking the car in tiptronic and using 7th gear on the highway because the 2.0t turns so little rpm at 60mph it will not make boost. If you want to pass somebody.
4wd system or bigger tires
@RICHYSUNCLE that would probably help yeah

How much psi?

I mean it’s cool But… they make an SLK55 from the factory …
Never with this engine. The M113K engine in swapped into this car is supercharged.
Not a R170 - If my 350s Engine of my R171 dies, I try to get the engine of a c63 😄
What in the frankenfuck is that?
Error 404: Supercharger whine not found.
The turbo muffles it quite a bit. I didn't expect that to happen
No numbers?
It made 514hp 524tq
Awesome project, so this is a 2003-2006 era e500 4matic that you installed a valve body and tcu tune? Does it have any other performance mods? lmk I own an e500 w211
I swapped a e55 engine into a e500 4 matic. I did use the e55 valve body also
@@BATworkshop ah okay, did you have to replace the ECU and remarry the new engine to the original trans?
@pomp5330 i replaced all of the modules with the donor car modules including the ecu. The proper way to do it would have been to virginize the amg ecu and install it into the e500. That way you don't have to replace so much stuff. Tj merry tcu was the solution to the tcu situation.
Hey any luck yet?
What happened to the twin charge 55? Had me all excited when it got parts to see how it went then just disappeared.
