I really like you mobile guys, oh and especially ones that don’t use profanity, so the kids can learn from you. ✅
Do you know how to change transmission fluid & filter ? I need to do mine @255k miles
Are you in Lansing
Good job
Oops wasn’t the starter after all
That's a hub nipple Not a hub nut
I feel like acetylene is in your future lol
Replace the axel and bearing. You may have to replace the knuckle as well.
By the way you're talking I would say you live in the state of confusion and morons have anybody knows this guy never bring your vehicle to him what an idiot it's called dirt and grime and rust this guy is not repeat not a mechanic and if he's at somebody's shop and they're paying him to be a mechanic that ought to tell you to stay away from that shop
Yes!! I seent one today on a freakin compass!! I made a video about it too😂
I seent your video I think mine was worse though
High energy laser will take that right off ! 😉
New cv
Just put a socket on it and turn it.
Not gonna work bud
Looks like grease mixed in. It'll come loose.
How did you get the manifold off ? There’s 2 nuts, & 3 screw bolts on the front & what else am I missing?
There is a 10 mil bolt under throttle body and a 15 I believe in the back against the firewall
There is a 10 mm bolt underneath the throttle body and I believe there’s a 15 mm bolt on the back by the fire wall holds a bracket on
@@LANSINGMOBILEMECHANIC last question; do you know anything about adding transmission fluid to these vans? Or how do I replace the fluid to be the right amount ? It’s the late 2011 Kia Sedona about 239k miles
Shoot that's actually really cheap cheaper than going out and getting a brand new car
Air hammer with a cut bit
The salt they put on the road is so corrosive
Can’t make a living with those prices. Charge a minimum $100 for the 1st wheel bearing. Additional cost to do the 2nd at the same time.
That’s a great point
That's your own fault brother, but now will know not to fuck with crack heads or meth heads
Have you used any of the other Chinese scan tools? Autel, Xtool, Topdon, Kingbolen, etc?
Congratulations. Do you happen to know where they are made? Is it Taiwan or mainland China? I know that a lot of the tools that Autozone, Home Depot, Lowes, and sometimes even Harbor Freight, come from the same manufacturers. The ratchets look like they are from "E_Dong" which is a Taiwanese company that makes similar ones for Home Depot under their Husky ljne.
Nice car! I'm near Minneapolis, and seeing vehicles like this one make me almost want to cry. The rust on vehicles around here are the worst in the country. Plus since the 2009 crash, so many people around here want top dollar for their vehicle. Best of luck to you on the car!
Here let me guide you into how to do things the hard way
lol if you have a better way please let me know
If i gotta pull a compressor, it aint easy
It’s 3 bolts though
Who in their right mind would buy a Jeep..poor misguided souls
94 camry alternator takes me less than 5 mon to swap including belt. There is no tensioner
Junk
Thats not very simple and easy compared to most😂 classic chrysler
Trust me, empty gas tanks & auto mechanics work go hand in hand. It's like they have " let me use up all this gas & take it in empty ' attitude . It's rich, poor, it's everyone. 🤷 * Our solution was not putting just enough to test drive , but we filled her up & you got the bill with the BILL . It worked like a charm . Except on a cpl of instances , "where you charged me a full tank but it's not full " 😳 🤦
Looks like its on a subaru
Lincoln MKX
I wouldn't use that Mickey Mouse set up for nothing.
Friend got a great deal on a house boat....it wouldnt start..friend had several certified boat mechanics out to fix it and after several thousand dollars and many parts replaced it still wouldnt start...so he calls me which i had never set foot on a house boat before much less work on one....i got there and started some basic diagnostics with just my sight. Took 15 minutes to find the problem. Fixed it and it started right up. Friend was pissed( at the other mechanics). Cost literally $0 to fix....the battery ground was connected to the sheet metal of the boat...there was not a single ground wire to the engine. And from that i spent over an hour fixing a whole host of other wiring issues in the engine compartment which fixed everything else on the boat that wasnt working. You can still be certified and still be an incompetent idiot. Not just with car mechanics ....boats, semi trucks, farm equipment, electricians , hvac etc. I am a toolmaker. Never a certified mechanic but i worked on everything from steam engines to the space shuttle. I had many people come to me after having certified mechanics not able to fix something or not fix it like it should have been. Schooling and tests do not make you good at problem solving ...that is something you can only learn to be good at with a great deal of experience.
Don't run down other mechanics because the owner said this mechanic did this that mechanic did this🤔 learn how to wipe the grease off your face before you do a video.
I would hardly call someone who does not know how to test a starter a mechanic thanks
@@LANSINGMOBILEMECHANIC That's why every mechanic should diagnose it themselves I'm old school the same values don't apply in the automobiles they build today when I was working on cars, if they had fue and l spark they should run. them days are long gone. I was a hydraulic and pneumechanic mechanic for 38-years, But the pneumatic tools are almost a thing of the past, With all the electric brushless power tools. Mechanics that are still in school being taught they really need to get some courses on electric and hybrid cars that's the future. As soon as they figure out the power grid to charge all the cars and trucks. You have a Good night I wish you well with your TH-cam channel 💯
Bro they are a mechanic your talking about a technician mobile technician I have a programming bussiness in Dallas Tx mechanic and a technician is two diffrent things know the diffrence
Yea you are right
That's where i would get a pump..😅
lol
And clean around the accesses panel so that shit don't get in ur fuel filter or tank
It’s at a junk yard I’m pulling the part for another vehicle
Damn use a vacuum
Lol It helps that you know your working on a F-250 and from the looks of the undercarriage that's been in the norther states where they salt the roads good luck
The guy kept calling it a f150 lol
Replace with shorty headers! That's what i did. 03 f250 5.4. I can't say i have seen an improvement of anything. 😂
You could've just move the seat forward and remove it from behind, I've done it and it work!
I just put a long clear tube and put it in a large brake fluid bottle
Does it really work
Make the video big to see everything in video
Bubba you didn't do anything wrong I've done this for a while and I got out of the business for this particular reason albeit the situation that I unfortunately ended up in was pretty ugly you are correct though do not deal with broke people even if your heart you know you want to just try and help everybody you can't it is a business and you have bills to pay and they should understand that that should just be a given and people for some reason forget that is business and you don't work for free but God bless you turning wrenches is sometimes a thankless job however I still have a passion for it LOL I just don't do the Mobile Mechanics anymore it's hard to trust people nowadays kind of damned if you do damned if you don't deal
If you knew the car was unregistered and it didn't have enough gas AND they had been driving the car around like that, why did you take the job..? Don't blame poor people for your poor decisions. We're poor, but we work on our own vehicles because of bad mechanics...and we're women, to boot. So, no excuses for your choices. You could have walked away.
Yes sir..... motor mount....is way easier than exhaust manifold 👍
Promo-SM
200$ for the pump, coolant and labor. 😂😂😂 no thanks
I’m at a dealership now you should see how much we’re charging
@@LANSINGMOBILEMECHANIC 200$ is too cheap.. but I can image the stealership wants around 1000$
That is so helpful. I have the same cap in my RV. 454 1997 Itasca.
The whole car ain't worth $5200 😂
*engine. Not motor.
