I would just hire him, i think he tops the list of anyone the jets would interview potentially. Why wait, get him in the building while the season is in progress, get him to evaluate the talent on the roster, meet other front office people currently employed by the team, look at all the coaches on the team abd let him decide whose a keeper and goner. Get him assemble his front office and scouts team ahead pf the off-season and really have a leg up on every other team in regards to getting ready for mext season. This is why they fired joe Douglas early. Don't ruin it by using alot of the off-season to figure it out.

the problem the jets are going to have during the search for a new gm and head coach is the fact it is not an attractive job. plus having to report to those two idiot brothers. the way they handled the robert saleh is a definite negative for the organization.

On TV Reddick sounds like he can spot talent, but you make a good point with 10 + years since his last office job. 10 years ago a QB did not take up 40% -50% of a teams salary cap, that alone is a challenge.

Wassup DKBX , isnt Robinson the guy that Vrabel had a fall out with. Wouldn't getting him eliminate Vrabel. That already makes me say pass .Reddick the 10 years is a concern but it can be overcome if he can explain his plan and what he's learned from the time off.

Me personally I believe that he can do excellent job. He is a former player former staff member. He evaluates the draft very well he break down, players Strength And Weaknesses

Watching this game it looks like the Jets are trying to avoid getting the first overall pick and the officials are trying to give them the chance to get that pick.

Don't worry because there are a few things the Jets aren't good at. Picking a HC, finding valuable players in FA, developing talented young players, finding good mid round draft picks, winning, and especially TANKING.

Personally, want to see the Jets win as many games as they can in every season. The Pittsburgh Steelers haven't had the first pick in quite some time and they do well in the draft. 49ers haven't had the top pick in the draft for a while either and they seem to do well also. The last pick in the draft one year is their starting QB today. With JD the Jets did pretty well in the draft.

DKBX I heard a report that they would consider pairing Aaron Glenn with a guy from Buffalo as GM . Agnews son is already on the Jets scouting team they might as well go Agnew . Do you know anything about the guy from Buffalo I think he's the assistant GM. Have you done a video on him if not I love to know more info.

Dan Campbell holds a meeting every week to prep his coaches for being a head coach. They exchange game plans, explain why they're doing things, pick each other's brains, etc... AG is well prepped to take on a HC job.

Forget the coach right now. A GM first, then let him pick the coach. No more coach first. It never works. If we get the right GM, he'll pick the right coach. I'm also tired of hearing about Bellicheck. He's done NOTHING without Brady. Look at his record at Cleveland and the Pats without Brady.

Stop talking about hiring a coach. Hopefully the GM get selected and hired first. Let the GM select his own HC! We need a chain of command! Woody is not a football guy and cannot make HC selection!
