Thank you for your response. I appreciate the opportunity to share my experience, but I must express my disappointment with the service I received. My experience with the staff was very frustrating. Despite being in constant contact to obtain a quotation for our wedding events, after a week of waiting, I was informed that we needed to book 150 celestial rooms just to proceed with the resort booking. This lack of clear communication has made the planning process much more challenging than anticipated. I hope this feedback helps others avoid similar issues in the future.

Disappointing Booking Experience at Leonia Resort We were excited about the possibility of booking the Celestial and Lagoon rooms at Leonia Resort for our wedding. However, after speaking with the booking representative, we were surprised to learn that we could only secure the Celestial rooms if we committed to booking **150 rooms**! If we intended to book just the **60 rooms** we initially wanted, it simply wasn't an option. 😳 This policy left us puzzled and frustrated. It would have been more helpful if the management had clearly explained the reasoning behind this requirement or indicated that the rooms were unavailable on our desired dates. Being told we had to meet such a high room count felt unreasonable, especially when it comes to planning an important event like a wedding. I truly hope that Leonia Resort can improve their communication and booking policies in the future to avoid disappointing potential guests. Has anyone else faced similar challenges? 🤔
