    "Bodily autonomy, a cornerstone of medical ethics, dictates that just as one cannot be compelled to donate organs or undergo medical procedures without consent, a pregnant individual should also have the right to choose whether to continue a pregnancy. This principle aligns with the ethical and legal standards of informed consent, respecting individual freedom and decision-making over one's own body. While abortion encompasses unique ethical complexities, the fundamental right to bodily autonomy remains a compelling argument for supporting reproductive choice, paralleling the established norms in healthcare where personal consent is paramount for any bodily intervention."

    • @QuoVadisAmerica
      @QuoVadisAmerica ปีที่แล้ว

      The baby within the woman is not her body, not her dna. If it was her body she would have two heads, four arms, four legs, etc. The Supreme Court in reaching their decision in Roe v. Wade actually called the baby in the womb a "non-person" the same name the Supreme Court gave to slaves about two centuries ago. This allowed owners to beat and kill slaves without any repercussions. Those in favor of killing non-persons also had society autonomy, cultural ethics, medical beliefs, etc. Your are advocating for the killing of an innocent human being. When you stand before God you can explain to Him your rationalization with this abhorrent evil. Have you ever seen an abortion? Have you seen how many nurses and abortion doctors are quitting this practice? They are admitting it is a great evil, and they can no longer be "pro-choice" in good conscience.

    • @CoyTheobalt
      @CoyTheobalt ปีที่แล้ว

      no one said it is her body, what I said and have many countless others is that no one has the right to use anyone else's blood, tissue or organs in order to survive without informed consent. Meaning that even if I had a 2 hour old baby needing a kidney transplant and I was the only match, I would still need to give consent before they could utilize it. Just so the baby within the womb wold by this very law require consent. you people are the ones stating these are indeed persons and so have the same rights as all persons, that too would mean they must also abide by the same laws. @@QuoVadisAmerica

      @@QuoVadisAmerica I was birthed by a 14yr old girl after an older man raped her. I was given up for adoption and didn't meet her until i was 36 yrs old. It's incredibly sad to see the opportunities and life she missed out on because her religious community forced her to bring me to term. I truly wish she had been able to have an abortion and would have been able to live her life to the fullest. I personally dont find the evidence for God compelling enough to warrant a belief in one. However if there were a God and he was all powerfull and he meant for a person to be born then nothing would be able to stop that. Also I find it sad that you as I'm guessing a Christian by your immediate vile hatred and self righteousness, arent aware of the stories found in your own Book. For by the Bible's account, God himself could be called the first abortion doctor. Numbers 5 11-33 seem to come to mind. I'm guessing you dont know or dont remember the bitter water and the swelling of the womb resulting in barrenness upon suspecting your wife of infidelity do you ?

    • @QuoVadisAmerica
      @QuoVadisAmerica ปีที่แล้ว

      That's the point Coy, they are persons, actual humans. The killing of the child in the womb is against the law in many countries. Why legal here? Why will you go to jail if you destroy an Eagle egg (obviously in gestational stage) but not go to jail if you kill the human in the gestational stage? You agree with that law? @@CoyTheobalt

    When I joined the united states of America's navy reserves I did take the oath to uphold and defend the constitution of these united states of Americia from ALL enemies both foreign and DOMESTIC. judges also took that oath also but many of them act like they cannot remember swaring to uphold and defend the Supreme law of our land. ALL other laws/rules that violate the Supreme law of our country ARE VOID IN ABNITIA. THEREFORE IT IS BREAKING THE SUPREME LAW TO ATTEMPT TO OR TO ENFORCE any law that is void in abnitia. Please pay attention to our judges and arrest and convict them for each and every violation of the SUPREME law of our Republic. And thank you in advance for helping to get our Republic back on track so our founding fathers and military all through the years, dead, may rest in peace and the living soldiers and sailors will continue to fight for our GOD given and battle protected freedoms less we lose ALL and become slaves to tyranny, just as our domestic and foreign enemies want for us ALL. k

      The many pictures I have seen of Sheen from 1969 to 1979 show him wearing his pectoral cross and zucchetto. Retired bishops continue to to wear items such as their rings and other things. I have never once seen Fulton Sheen in civvies except when he was wearing a tennis outfit. There are pictures of him coming out of the hospital after open heart surgery in 1977 and 1978 with his roman collar on. In 1979 you will see pictures of him with John Paul II with his cassock, pectoral cross and zucchetto on. There are dozens of other videos showing Archbishop Sheen speaking in full gear. I also heard the author of Sheen's biography state that Sheen in his last years would dress in his Bishop's robes and go to public places to talk to people. Some of the things i have heard and seen. Thanks.

The agenda has fulfilled itself by creating masses of unloved and unwanted people who grow so angry that they destroy others. And now Americans will cry out for the government to fix it when Americans should cry out to God to fox it and then get to work.

    I look at my miserable life full of dissapointment and pain (and sin!) and tend to say: I didn't ask for this! This life is not worth living! I wouldn't mind being perfect not to get easily into anger, lust or laziness if someone has programmed me into such a person, like I think my parents should have reaised me, although I don't quite know where that know-how would have come from to them when without proper education they had to struggle with lots of obstacles in order to supply their children with enough resources not to be starved to death or to get the education they didn't so their children's chances to choose the path of their lives would be higher than theirs. So that is pride that makes me say: I should be perfect without even trying! On the other hand the very same pride makes me say: I can become perfect just because I want to regardless of the obstacles and not being ready to act like I already am in the advanced stage of the way. And this is where despair - the firstborn bastard child of the pride - comes: I cannot live like that It's useless to even try! So my life seems unbearable and therefore not worth living. Oh, irony! The man I fell in love with is the reverend servant of God that speaks to me in this video and not only in this particular one, but in all videos, especially from series called: "Life is worth living!" that delights me with every single frame that displays my hero that lived and died before I was born. He speaks gently but he's speach is firm as a rock and it gets both to my mind and my heart. I want to believe every word of his and I can't find a single argument to question his logic. He's perfect. How thick the stone of my heart has to be that in so many years after I've heared Bishop Sheen for the first time in my life I still cannot believe that the life is truly worth living? Walls of Yericho haven't been that thick! Thank you the author of this channel for letting me witness one of the wisest men in the history of the world! Although the total number of viewers for almost 4 years is less than 1k, I am sure for most of them is a life-changing blessing! God love you!
