มุมมอง 22K28 วันที่ผ่านมา
Come along as we explore two stunning apartments for sale in Sweden - which one feels like home to you? . . . properties, design, sweden, apartments, apartment hunting, Stockholm, Gothenburg
Wow! The price was really low for a such apartment! Beautiful!🖤
I would go with the 1st apartment. The light & airy feel & the historic details were definite selling points.
I like the Stockholm apartment more because it brighter and has trees around it. Both places are lovely, though, and so is the video. You have a new subscriber.
Thank you for your kind comments! :-)
Wow...the PRICES of those apartments! My single family house just south of Portland Oregon cost $430,000. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and over 2200 sf, over 6000 sf lot. I'm grateful
Yeah, in the bigger cities here the prices are crazy!
it s in Sweden but danish furniture
Yes, we swedes love the danish design. :-)
I liked the older one for atmosphere and the newer one for the views.
🐶🐙🥳
Love the new one for obvious reasons. The other is gorgeous but the new bone would be my choice. Thanks!😊
Such a lovely discovery! thank you for your videos! I do prefer the oldest one!
Thank you for your kind comments. :-) I really like that one too!
The first appartment. Full of daily light.
I really like it too! Thank you for your comment.
Both apartments are gorgeous and although the first one looks more spacious, I would want the Stockholm one. I have seen apartments of similar style before and what particularly appeals to me is the view of trees and the area appears to be generally more quit. THat, for me, would overwrite anything else. And as much as loved the kakelugn in the first apartment's bedroom I much prefer the fireplace in the living room. Thanks for this lovely tour!
I agree with thea more peaceful part and that you can see the trees from the apartment. And yes, so cozy having the fireplace in the livingroom during the colder months. :-) Thank you for your comment.
The new apartment had the best location, obviously, on the water, but I preferred the older one. Maybe because I’m older. ☺️
The new apartment was beautiful, with lots of natural light, a huge outdoor space and magnificent views but I prefer the older one - with more character.
Thank you for the comment. Yeah the comfort of a new place sure has its advantages. :-)
Thank you for your comment. Yeah, you dont get the same character in a newer home.
Hej!!! From Mexico city, me gilusto mucho
Hola! Thanks for watching. :-)
That lovely old Stove was wonderful. 😊
Yeah, it really makes the room. Thank you for your comment.
I thing first for me.
Thank you for your comment. :-)
His tail says how much he liked it! 🐶
Yeah definetely, can't hide the excitement. :-)
The Gothenburg apartment, compared with the one in Stockholm, offers a larger livingroom (including a dining table) and a spacious bedroom, has higher ceilings (allowing taller windows), and is placed in a more pleasant urban context (as much as I could understand from sattelite and street views). The weak part of its layout is the entrance and kitchen areas, narrow and difficult to furnish, which reflect a possible compromise in solving the corner of those two streets (possibly different development phases?). The Stockholm apartment, in a more modest building, although adding a second bedroom, loses almost 20 sq.m. However, it features well-defined night time/daytime spaces and practically groupped kitchen and bathroom. Its hallway, although larger than in the first example, is penetrated by multiple doorways, leaving little space to function well as an entrance hall. Also, it feels that the wall between the kitchen and the balcony would need a window, even small, close to the balcony door, for a couple of reasons: correcting the long, empty wall of the balcony itself and providing a balancing feature to generate an axis with the entrance door. The need for the latter is actually visible in placing that glass cabinet aligned with the entrance door opening. In the end, the Gothenburg apartment is my preferred choice. Well done presentation!
Hi, thank you for your comment. It’s clear you have an eye for detail.. :-) I agree with you on the layouts of the apartments, a lot happened in that area over those 30 years that is between when they were built. The apartments became more suited for family life and practicality with bigger living rooms and smaller bedrooms, and the importance of daylight and how the sun moves through the space. I alsa agee with your point about the window in the Stockholm apartment, it is a nice touch if you can see the outside straight through the apartment entering it.
Beautiful apartment :) found your channel because my videos keep getting recommended after yours. Glad I found it! All the best
Oh, happy to hear. Thank you for your kind words.
Love them both, offer different ways to live - especially love the views from each - thank you!
I agree, the view is important :-)
I love both apartments but the first one is my favorite.
Thank you for your comment, always nice to hear others thoughts. :-)
Agree!
They are both lovely, but because of the surroundings, I would probably go for the Gothenburg one :) Thanks for sharing!
Thank you, yeah, it has more of a city vibe. :-)
Love them both. Beautiful
