The team that hires you from Detroit CANNOT be in the NFC North division. (Basically a non-compete clause) That’s ALL we have to do to stop all the bull 💩.

I agree with you but this has been the NFL policy for a while now, it hurts because our team was so impacted by this rule. Did Ben sell out? I would say no the Commanders were just the better team and we just couldn't compete with them. If you look at what happend last year when we lost to the 49'ers, some fans really went to Dan Campbells home, so ben had to move fast for safety reasons. Also im hearing he got 75 Mil and total control of hiring, and personnel anybody would have jump at this opportunity. As for all the assistants leaving, if they leave for upgraded positions then cool, but i wonder if they don't see Superbowl for the Lions and after this Commanders loss that maybe the Lions chances at getting to the SB have past with how competitive the NFC will be? If the Lions organization is such the desired place to be then why the mass exodus from or coaching staff?

Keep in mind of these coaches that have left or may leave and could get comp picks: Williams - Taking DC role in NE Sheppard - May leave to take DC role with Jets Townsend - 2nd interview with SF for DC. Agnew - Interviewing for GM position in JAX (I believe).
