Great video! I'm curious, though: do you sand all your surfaces before painting? Also, I noticed you didn't use primer; do you find that primer is unnecessary? (I'm completely new to customizing figures, and I've been watching a ton of videos, most of which seem to suggest that it's necessary to entirely sand every square millimeter of a figure and then prime it before painting. Just wondering if these steps are actually completely necessary. Thanks in advance!)
The jerk-off hand... LOL!
"That being said, let's get this fuckin show on the road" lmao I love it! At least he gave a fair warning lol. Great video dude!
Is the super glue used as a gloss or is it to hold the pieces together ? How do you put the other pieces together if they’re already glued ?
The super glue trick it's awesome. Do you think you would need it for a figure that's been colored through the dye mothod?
Can this body mold pop out the shoulder by only using heat? (without cracked open)
Great video 👍
I got my harbor freight heat gun free. 🔫

Anyone know how to take height away
Good work. Keep making videos. There are more of us then you know.
Is it possible for you to make this video but without insulting the figure and calling it demeaning names? It ended up making me just want to stop watching.
Finally, a video actually telling how to do it step by step and what you need, thanks dude
Is there a way to do this without a drill?
Dude that video made me giggle and laugh at the same time that I learned valuable things about custom stuff 😂
Faka good info but too much explaining. if the faka's out there doesnt' know the tools tuff shit for dem!
Don't use exacto in your ears hahahaha. Thanks for the helpful advise otherwise Clay!
Dose the glue dry and turn white and cruddy
he passed away? i wonder
Best tutorial ever! 🤘😂🤙
you don't sand down the rest of the areas you plan on painting to help it adhere better?
You just need to use primer on those areas for the paint to adhere.
So to clarify, you dremmel out each joint so that when repainted the new paint wont rub?
4 years what happened
Foul language I can deal with but you lost me once I heard you belched openly. That's an easy quick snip in editing but the fact that you don't care enough to do that is the reason why I'll watch someone else's tutorial about custom action figures. Something to keep in mind for future videos.
lol
Great video. I have a question, I am trying to do my own customs and I havent been able to paint a figure without having issues with it every time I handle it. First I tried enamel and that was horrible because it never dried. I changed to acrylic (vallejo) and it dries nice, but if I handle the figure the paint starts falling off. I sanded and washed the figures with soap, even I applied a primer (army paint) and still is falling off. Is there any kind of coat protective for fingers oils or something to protect it? Thanks in advance
alexandro1290 paint sealer. Theres matte finish and gloss finish. I prefer the matte spray personally
Will the joints be loose when you put the figure back together
Hi. Can I pull off whirlwinds head and place it on another legends torso? Can u pull off of his torso or will it break? Thx!
This is so helpful. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, sir.
Thank you, great vid!
Where are you now
Great tutorial! These steps are the hidden secrets to pro quality customization and ensure high durability of your paint job. Most customizers leave these details out or just don’t do it themselves so I applaud you for taking the time and effort to show us mortals. 😁
Do you ever prime the figure with a neutral black or white, prior to painting?
Question could you have painted the pegs and and used your super glue treatment to protect it against paint rub so it would aesthetically match the rest of the figure, or could you cover over the holes with Apoxy sand and paint with out effecting movement of joints
The channel is dead dont bother
The pins are so hard to get out
Don’t say buck.
