I'm gonna need y'all to not downplay Dean/Jon without hearing it from his side. On the Stone Cold podcast, he was being chill but then Steve asked shoot questions about Dean that was not comfortable for him. And the Brock Lesnar match at Wrestlemania was abysmal. Brock didn't want to go to the extreme with Dean or put Dean through the wringer because Wrestlemania was just a paycheck for him at the time. What Jon does in AEW is his style of entertaining the crowd. It's not for everybody. Bleeding buckets every week isn't captivating, but you can't downplay all the hard work & say that he got picked up by AEW because he was part of the Shield. He was sick of being mishandled in WWE that he was professional enough to work through it till his contract expired.

This was the craziest show yet, and I loved every second of it.

To Dis' suggestion about taking questions from fans instead of doing media scrums... Isn't that basically what they're doing anyway? Given how marky the "media" is LOL

I largely agree that the press scrums are kind of useless beyond Tony getting head pats his dad never gave him and for Triple H to make statements about how successful the event was in order to please stockholders and draw revenue from cities to host events.

I used to listen to Wrestling with Wregret for the retrospectives but stopped shortly after AEW became a thing. He's clearly been simping hard for Tony to get a job.

I legit had more fun listening to you guys as a recap than I did watching the PPV. We watched it for free and wanted our money back. My girl and I went to NXT in STL, ended up in a seat that had no view of the ring, and saw a better show there. Why do we keep doing this to ourselves?

I generally like wrestling games that people think are bad. I liked the acclaim WWF and ECW games and I liked WCW Mayhem. This though, this is just terrible. I played through Road to the Elite once and haven't touched it since.

Kenny Omega must've hand-written all of the dialogue. There's no way they hired a writer with the talent of a middle schooler. I refuse to believe someone charging money for their writing could ever be this bad.

Day of reckoning and wrestlemania xix are the best wrestling games ever by far!!
