Of course you are right. If you look closer you can see I left the space between the tail and rudder. I just corrected it as it didn't look good after gluying.

@@AndiK884 Generally I see that when editing the movie I cut this part too much so it is hard to see what exactly I was doing with this gap. I will extend this part when editing "full build" movie. Cheers!

My pleasure! I am really happy you find it useful. Based on my experience, Patafix and Talens are safe for paints. Some marks can appear from time to time but everything should disappear after a gloss coat. I usually use lacquer paints, Mr Hobby (Gunze) and Mr. Paint. I hope to share another video this weekend - it will be cockpit and assembly of Tamiya's 1/72 Bf-109. Best regards!

It is expensive, true. Now Eduard is to release P-51 models in 1/72 so there will be an alternative available. You can also choose KP or Academy kits but they are not as good as the Arma Hobby is.

@@rminiatures btw I realized that ur pencil is sooooo sharp that can leave such a thin line as a chipping effect, also it is tough to determine the end of the pencil to make an accurate work

To zawsze zależy. Jeśli zdecydujecie się na klejenie samego plastiku bez tych dodatkowych blaszek to jest to dość prosty model, mało części, dobrze pasują. Ma dwa skomplikowane momenty. Jeden to montaż skrzydeł ale tu głównym wyzwaniem jest zachowanie geometrii (żeby oba były wklejone pod takim samym kątem, a nie krzywo) - zakładam, że to nie będzie kluczową sprawą dla początkującego :) druga rzecz to podwozie, które jest w tym samolocie dość skomplikowane. Podsumowując, nie jest to trudny model ale też da się znaleźć prostsze.

@@Michu32421 jako proste mogę polecić PZL P.7, Hurricane, Jak-1. W miarę prosty, choć jednak bardziej skomplikowany od nich jest też Hayate

Strasznie podoba mi się wildcata i chciałbym go skleić znalazłem od airfixa który jest chyba łatwiejszy ale podobno się wszystko dobrze pasuje

@@Michu32421 miałem ten model, jest ładnie wykonany ale będzie miał te same wyzwania wynikające z konstrukcji oryginału. Podwozie w Airfixie jest również rozbudowane. Model Arma Hobby jest moim zdaniem ładniejszy ale oba powinny dać Ci frajdę 🙂

I use Mr Paint colors, they are airbrush ready so in theory you don't have to thin them. But to get best results and apply semi-transparent layers to build highlights and shadows I thin them a little and make the pressure lower. As these paints are airbrush ready it is quite easy to start with them. Just apply the color into the airbrush and play with pressure until you're happy with how the paint works.

To jest w sumie trudne pytanie bo filmowanie jednak wydłuża proces budowy. W dodatku tutaj malowanie było dość złożone i często musiałem robić przerwy bo temat mnie męczył. Średnio w roku udaje mi się zrobić około 8 modeli myśliwców, można powiedzieć, że ciągiem jest to 1 do 1,5 miesiąca w miarę regularnej pracy wieczorami. Tyle, że mam zaczęte kilka modeli na raz więc ten proces w rzeczywistości się wydłuża. Trzeba też robić naturalne przerwy na dobre wyschnięcie kleju, washy itd.

Thank you, so nice to hear this! Well, I have to admit that the painting was quite complicated and I needed to make many breaks beeing tired with this model. But I am really happy with the result. I always wanted to build this particular miniature. Luckily now we do have an excellent kit to start with.
