facing your inner demons
Welcome back to the continuation of the season everyone! So excited to be back, and even happier to be discussing such an important subject today. Whether you're an anxious overthinker, or an avoidant suppressor, we all have things we have not addressed from our past. In today's episode we speak about why it's so vital to make time for retrospection and dive into what challenges we have gone through in our pasts in order to heal parts of ourselves today. We cannot expect to grow from the things we refuse to face. I love you all, enjoy.

rewrite your life *and take control*
มุมมอง 6993 หลายเดือนก่อน
In this "season finale" we're here talking about how to rewrite your life. It's a concept that's new to me and that I'm inspired to implement into my life, but I found it important to share for this time period of my life. Sometimes in our twenties we get sucked into a wormhole of who we should be and how we should act, when in reality we don't even know much of why we are the way we are to beg...

today's episode is all things girl talk with my best friend Sofia. I asked you guys to give us all your questions and topics you wanted us to talk about. We went from talking about our favorite "everything shower" routines, to giving advice on how to get over someone you never *really* dated. We get into personal stories and even give our opinions on recent dating shows. I love you all, enjoy. ...
how to save a failing relationship
มุมมอง 2903 หลายเดือนก่อน
Relationships are complicated, and sometimes we get complacent. Because of this we end up acting in ways that have a high chance in ruining the relationship overall. The 4 Horsemen are communication styles that negatively impact your relationship, and have a 90% chance of ending it. In today's episode, we go through all 4 of these communication styles, what they mean and how we can heal/fix the...

*so sorry for the video quality this episode guys, had so much trouble with the files when importing!* How do you heal your anxiety? This was really interesting and a good reminder! I read about the 4 horsemen in John Gottman's book so this wasn't totally new to me but I liked how you explained them in your own way and thus made the whole concept more accessible :)
thank you <333
Love this episode so much💗
If you ever think you’re not touching lives, thats a lie. Thank youuu for this ❤
@@jaybube478 seriously made my day, thank you so much🤍🤍
I love your channel name
The reason we experience anxiety really isn’t complicated or complex at all. Think of the reality in which you live. In this place, something that is alive must consume something else that’s alive in order to stay alive. Think of how fucking traumatic that is. In this reality, a lion must fillet an antelope and eat it to stay alive. That antelope experiences unimaginable pain on its way to to death. Apply this to life. This reality isn’t built to always be nice. It’s built to be nice and horrifying. I don’t know why this is so. Sometimes I even wonder if we live in a matrix, unfeeling and cold in its management of its inhabitants. But it is so, and it is what it is. Now add to this the fact that in order to live well in North America, maybe one of the most diseased places on earth, one must overwork to gain something they can’t even prove is real-money. And that thing they need is a type of life fuel. Without it, you’ll likely die. It’s okay to have some anxiety. It’s natural. We live in a place where it’s literally dog eat dog. We live in a place in which we are forced to accept corruption as a way of life. That’s demoralizing as shit. But we don’t need to bask in what’s negative. Let what’s negative hit you, then keep going. Brush it off. Without x amount of anxiety, we’d have zero awareness. We’d fall prey to predators. Toxic Anxiety happens when you let your mind and heart beat to the same tune as what’s low in vibration here. The rat race. The fear of death. The fear of lacking. The addiction to consuming negative content. Let your anxiety fill a glass. Just don’t let it overflow. The key to grasping this is understanding that so much of what happens here doesn’t matter. At all. All that truly matters is that you learn to love those who love you. Spend as much time with your loved ones. That’s it. Besides them, no one else here really gives a shit about you. When you repeat that to yourself enough, ironically, it becomes one of the most liberating and peaceful mantras you’ll ever know.
Wow you deserve more love and appreciation 🩵
aw that means so much to me ty

What is wrong with you!?! No one should give help like this unless they’re professionally trained & with the proper credentials You must be totally self absorbed, seeing yourself greater than you actually are.. post your credentials before offering advice. Hopefully everyone reports you to you tube regarding your dangerous content & your channel is taken down
you guys look alike i swear also love the pod keep it going❤

There are a lot of questions that need to be asked before a real answer can be given.. but only one that would be mandatory.... Is that a service dog that he needs for medical reasons?
Right?! Or emotional support animal, could be anxious without the dog.
I’m 1 hour late 😒😒😒😒😒😒

I think that your Young and know very little lol
Hello, I am Malika I love to listening you. doing my work I want to make a logo for you if you allow me.
Another lesson would be to not give af how they act. Take care of yourself first and foremost, don't depend on anyone else for that.
period.
Thank you for this video
Yay, I’m 20 and I feel like messing up in every way 🥲
I'm 22, and im turning 23 this summer.. the night i turned 20 i felt like my life was over.. and when i turned 21 i was more like: oh nvm, it's not that big of a deal. But social media has brainwashed me into making me think that women get old at like 25?? Which is crazy, and I'm slowly getting out of it..
Needed to listen to this video
I like this video💘
keep going
thank you for sharing, needed to hear this today 🫶☺️💕
❤️❤️
I truly feel my 21 year marriage fell apart because of my ex wife addiction to social media. After she dropped the weight I was thrown out like garbage. Even the kids were shunned. That midlife crisis got to her I guess. I never had social media so I don’t understand that world. I’ll tell you this being thrown into single life pushing 50 in this environment is not for the weak.
I absolutely loved this. And as a guy growing up in the guy world it has been a real struggle to peal back the layers of my childhood and understand that im not all that great. I very much appreciate this episode because at least in this "field" of "being the toxic person" its rarely covered or covered well for men. And you did an amazing job of not being gender inclusive, so thankyou.

Well, that's ableist as shit. I'm disabled, I'm not physically healthy due to no fault of my own. That doesn't mean I can't live my life to the full. As someone who is physically and mentally healthy (I'm assuming, based on the video), don't tell me what I can and can't do because of my disability
Your obviously not mentally healthy if your mind goes straight to negativity and you miss the point. Really reflect and ask yourself why you’re angry at a positive message. She’s literally just telling you to take care of your mental and physical needs.
Jesus overpowers all feeling.
Very true thank you for reminding me!❤
Absolutely!
What about your success does that not define you either? Everything that you've created for yourself definitely defines you. Good or bad.
I think who you believe yourself to be is most important. Not your successes nor your failures. Those are just apart of the journey.
If you're a career criminal but believe that you're good guy that dose not make it true. Your choices and actions in life define you and have real life consequences.
Actually its also a common symptom of a mental health disease
If you don’t know Dan Koe you should look him up, his stuff is similar to yours, keep it up!
God I needed to hear this so bad. Thank you
