It was also 95 when the gg port was released. That was pretty late for the game gear. Personally I prefer the genesis originals of dynamite heady and gunstar heroes. I’m really glad there are people that really appreciate the gg ports. A lot of hard work went into those. Especially gunstar heroes. They said it couldn’t run on the snes, but it runs on the game gear. Thanks for checking out the video 😎

They actually do still exist. They haven’t released anything since 2014. The ceo said that there is a sequel to a fan favorite game they are making a follow up to. Haven’t heard anymore news in years

It really has been cool playing all these games treasure made. I’d considered myself a fan of theirs for years, but I knew so little. Yea stretch panic wasn’t fun for me. It was frustrating. Early games used the analogs in weird ways. I get what they were going for it was just clunky.

The sti i think has the highest top speed in the game. You have to remove the spoiler though.

Even after is said I wouldn’t play survivor again, I ended up beating it again. It was the same day I released the video. I wanted to see how much the story would change. It was completely different.

Yea. I think they were trying to make it more simulation. Because yes at high speeds cars are very unstable. Txr drift came out before this in Japan. It’s possible they used the drift physics. Idk honestly. But hey there was an announcement that the series is coming back.

Honestly I was excited to get to use it as a thumbnail. Yu yu hakusho is a yearly watch for me.

Last time sega did anything with the franchise was skies of Arcadia legends for the GameCube. I’ve noticed a couple spiritual sequels popping up here and there. Just like xenogears I’ve been wanting a sequel for years.

Yeah, The OST for these games is amazing too. Probably one of the best OSTs I've heard in modern recent made games.

Yea it really is. Especially because of all the bangers. I mean yea guardian heroes and radiant silver gun got Xbox releases. There are games like mischief makers and silhouette mirage are just no where to be found other than the second hand market and emulation. Another weird thing is treasure isn’t gone. The company still exists. I just wonder why there has never been a treasure collection.

I still own the Saturn version since I was a kid. There was a remaster of Guardian Heroes on Xbox360 that has pencil shaded sprites. I never had a 360, but I bought it for a friend when visiting them 10 years ago and we played it all day long.

I definitely think there were some bangers in here. So when I do videos I record a lot of footage. Sometimes it’s incredibly hard to find what I’m looking for. I did mention the screen clearing attack, but I couldn’t find it. A lot of the foootage looked the same with missles flying everywhere. In rakugaki showtime I mentioned you can catch the thrown items. I do get annoyed and disappointed when I can’t find the footage I’m looking for. It gets to a point that I just move on eventually. I always intended you to have a follow up to this video. Honestly I made a video about the games I was playing at the time. 6 games is usually how many I do in a video. I played wangan midnight maximum tune 4 in the arcade many years ago. I also still have a drivers license from initial d arcade. I am always up for requests. I’ll keep the battle gear games in mind. I’ve never heard of them so I’ll check them out 😎

Yea gunstar heroes was what started me off with them too. Even now Gun Star heroes is an amazing game. Still to this day there isn’t anything like it.

Yea I guess it’s not that hard if you just race the main rivals. In both txr0 and import tuner challenge I raced all the wanderers. If you want a challenge race them. In 3 though without emulation or a Japanese version of the game there’s no way to race the devil z at the end

Yea at first I didn’t know I could use the d pad. I beat the game back in 2004 and on the wiii but it had been years and I wasn’t as good as I used to be.

I'll check it out. Tokyo highway battle was there because I've covered a lot of the TXR series.

Yea man. I plan on a couple follow ups for this video. I had recordings for a few more games I didn't include here. I picked the ps1 initial D, because its not as well known as the arcade game. Speaking of which I still have one of my licenses from the arcade game. I mentioned what influenced Wangan midnight as well as midnights influence in my Tokyo xtreme racer 3 review. Genki did the wangan midnight on the ps3. I do appreciate the recommendations though. I wouldn't know about street supremacy if it wasn't for recommendations in the comments. thanks for watching too

I was going to put mc2 in the video originally. I went into this one knowing there would be a sequel down the line. There are tons of street racing games. I agree though I love txr 1-3, import tuner challenge for the 360 and street supremacy on the psp. txr isn’t in the title but the games are awesome.

Wow man good taste. Xenogears Is my #1 game of all time. This is up there too. Breath of fire 3s jazz soundtrack is really nice. I also really like the out of this world sound of the panzer dragoon games.

@@evo-genesis2088 yep, XenoGears is one of my favorite games I have ever played too, BOF3 is what got me into instrumental jazz fusion, if you like Panzer Dragoon’s music check out the album Propagation by an artist named Robert Rich, the album is on TH-cam, and if you like SOA soundtrack find also on TH-cam Primal Instinct - Heart of the Rainforest, only album they ever made, I originally bought my physical copy at a Natural Wonders store at the mall in Fairview Heights Illinois back in the day

@@evo-genesis2088 also I forgot, look up the game being work on Horizons Of Achaea, it’s a spiritual successor to SOA being made by some hardcore SOA fans since there are no plans for a sequel or it seems even a remaster/remake to the current consoles

For sure. I agree they’re up there with ancient and Camelot. While still working at Konami a lot of the treasure staff worked on some of the best stuff at the time. The CEO did mention that programming for the snes was a pain in the butt. Someone here left a comment saying the didn’t really like konamis over reliance on the snes. They did have a couple great 64 games and astro boy on the gba is like an snes game.

They didn't like the snes cpu.
