If I may add another thought: My journey has been going on for decades, but a very early insight or inspiration that popped up in my head very early in a phase of great fear is: "My wishes are reality, every fear is a lie!" For a long time I asked myself: why exactly MY wishes should be reality. How is that supposed to be compatible with the wishes of all the others? This thought has been a practically insurmountable hurdle as long as I was missing a very central insight, which only slowly trickles into my consciousness after twenty years of sometimes more, sometimes less intensive searching: This apparent incompatibility of our wishes only exists in the completely distorted "reality" of a world of illusion. None of our wishes are arbitrary. No wish is selfish. There is a reason why we desire what we desire. That's why we don't have to justify any wish. We have these desires because they actually are part of reality. The real reality which is always there ...behind our fear. And as long as we don't see these wishes fulfilled, we are everywhere (in a nightmare, an illusion or, at worst, "hell"), but certainly not where our wishes are rooted. And we are not in reality as long as we see ourself puzzling. It is really no wonder that the legitimacy of a wish can hardly be recognized outside of reality, right? How could it be? Maybe the intention of all of this is to force ourself to trust...? But this is again just puzzling😅 I really don't know if this logic only works in my head, but I doubt it. Because here, too, I now see it this way: what feels right for me must feel right for everyone, because I don't develop concepts to bask in their glory, but rather I experience a piece of truth in some rare moments.

But even though I am well aware of the theory (and there definitely has been quite a bit of practice too during almost the last two decades), I still succumb to the temptation to manipulate the false image that appears in front of my eyes, which deviates from my wishes and pretends to be reality. Be it by trying to change or convince people, discussing things or trying to overcome insurmountable hurdles. Even though I've gotten to the point where I can refrain from actual actions (almost), things like this still constantly happen in my head. And since, as I understand it, there is actually no difference between inside my head and outside of my head, negative thoughts naturally have the same unfavorable effect as negative actions...possibly even more unfavorable, even more inhibiting. I don't know if you were able to follow me. Everything is a bit confusing. I would still like to thank you for your tireless work and help on the way to a truer reality. By the way: the fact that your click numbers and followers are smaller than they should certainly doesn't do justice to the quality of your videos. But I have to say that it is precisely this fact that makes me feel like I am being addressed by you much more directly and almost personally. In this respect, I get into a bit of a conflict of conscience when I wish you much success with your channel, haha. A wonderful explanation. I believe it. The problem comes when you’ve had your greatest desire, lost it, there’s another that’s good but your disappointment is still so overwhelming you’re mostly depressed and sad. Especially since the new desire is worthy but not full of joy like the old one. If you say drop the worthiness, there’s nothing and I need to act to live. I can’t sit back and fly free like a kid. It’s very tricky.

I still get stuck in thoughts of why it's not possible to happen based on past events. This is an SP situation. I wanna surrender fully to my desire fulfilled and when I do that, my body reacts with fear and anxiety as well and it's like a battlefield for me.
