    How long you leave it sit before you bake?

      I let it sit for 40 minutes and baked it. But the time can vary depending on the temperature and humidity. So check the condition of the dough rather than the time. I baked it when it fermented to 1.5~2cm below the height of the pan. Thank you for watching :D

    hi lemon thyme! i tried your no knead bread recipe today ✨️ the bread looked very delicious and soft.. but it smelled like alcohol and tasted a little strange 🥲 i think i might have let the bread dough overproof. the weather was very warm, so i think i had to be more careful. i want to try again soon, but maybe i'll use cold milk instead? i hope i can get it right next time 🍀

      Hello, thank you so much for making my bread recipe and leaving a precious review 🤩✨️ If it's hot and it's fermented rapidly, the fermentation time is reduced. Please decide by looking at the state of the dough rather than the fermentation time. I recommend you finish the first fermentation when the dough is about 1.5 times the size. It's also good to use cold milk, but it is recommended that the temperature of the dough does not deviate from the range of about 27℃ (26~28℃) when the dough is finished.       @@lemon_thyme thanks so much for the helpful response! i sometimes still find it a little hard to decide when bread dough is "ready" 🥲 i waited till the dough was doubled in size last time, so i'll try 1.5x next time, and i will use a thermometer to keep track of the dough temperature. i'm feeling more confident i'll succeed next time 🍞✨️

      Hi! I use earl grey tea leaves in tin case or tea bag by grinding as fine as possible. I use a coffee bean grinder with a circular saw blade when grinding tea leaves. (in the form of a small blender) Thank you for watching and paying attention. Have a nice weekend 😊🌹💛💛
