Monster Truck Madness 2 (MTM2) - Crashes & Stunts Compilation

SM64R is more of a tech demo than a full on remaster of the game. It basically is a remake of the castle area in Super Mario 64 and brings it even more to life with beautiful graphics, lighting effects, bloom, shaders, and more effects. NES Gameplay - 1944 (Unlicensed)

A pirated ROM hack of 1943 The Battle Of Midway. It's pretty much the same game, however the main fire button now fires the charged attack with the press of a button, while the button that was used for the special attack in the NES 1943 is now the default shot, with added autofire, which is nice. In order to use your special attack, both A and B must be pressed at once.
MSX2 Gameplay - Quarth

Konami's puzzle shooter. Shoot blocks to make squares and clear the path ahead. This MSX2 version is really solid and looks beautiful. Another great Konami game for the system.

A hack of Mega Man 2 that allows Mega Man to jump ridiculously high. It's pretty fun and it's definitely a new way to experience Mega Man 2.
NES Gameplay - Flappy Bird (Homebrew)

A pretty good version of Flappy Bird for your NES. It's almost perfect. The collision detection is a bit too "pixel-perfect" to my liking. One cool thing is that every button on the NES controller will flap the player, so use your favorite button on the controller to enjoy the game !

A port of Earthworm Jim released exclusively in Brazil by Tec Toy. It's quite the tedious ports in many areas, but definitely could have been worst. My biggest issue are the controls. Personally don't dig the emulators Vaseline Smear Anti-Aliasing, but it looks grand when upscaled without it. With upscaling and MSAA applied, it looks flat like an oil painting. That said, I miss this series, shame they crapped the bed with later releases and then those mobile versions.
Blame DuckStation for doing it automatically lol I miss the series too. 2024 is the 30th Anniversary of the series, can we get something Namco please? I wouldn't mind a compilation even

The Genesis, SNES versions are classics. Rex Soft's unofficial port on the NES is absolutely awful however. Pressing up to jump is just wrong in a game like this. Not to mention awful collision detection. Not a fun game to play at all

I recognize these sound samples and tile art. I think this was just a game made using the Shoot-Em-Up Construction Kit.
It was made with the SEUCK. Still not very good. I'm sure much better games could have been made with it.

Wow this could have been such an amazingly fun game! And easily surpass Virtua Racing 32X. But sadly, the retail game was broken as hell so we never got it... Unless that prototype exists and gamers can play? That'd be cool. Edit: It is on the Hidden Palace! 😀

At that part in Crystal Frost, you have to spin dash through the ice water after activating the switch (it makes it so platforms spawn underneath where you go, and the spin dash makes you fast enough to cross the small gaps between them)
I believe I had tried that but for some reason it didnt work in this port.

It is more playable. I would argue had Checkered Flag have better frame rate and controls it could havr been a great game
