Every time I've been to the flagship, they are always cleaned out. Fortunately I still enjoy looking through the records and the other books wen that happens. That one with the Pulps is my local, so stay away haha. I usually stop in a couple times a month to see what they have. Just picked up the first half of Summertime Rendering there last week actually!

I’ve been going over the weekend to different hpb and going to another one tomorrow. I love finding rare and obscure manga and have found a lot there (Hajikete bb, Saint tail, flame of recca, etc) and I’m excited to continue this journey (I’m also jealous of your trigun manga TvT). Nice finds as well!

Is it just me or isn’t the term waifu pretty derogatory? (I’ve been into Manga and Anime since when Akira first was released in the late 80’s) to a certain extent Otaku is self deprecating, but weeb and waifu usually aren’t terms people use to describe themselves, more likely to be an insult to others. I may be wrong, but my 23 year old daughter (who grew up with this fandom) cringes whenever she hears the phrase. As usual, my opinions are mine and you are welcome to agree, or disagree, but keep your mean comments to yourself and reserve them for trolling elsewhere and lowering your troll self esteem. (Lol)

Great manga shopping/ Manga haul

We don’t have a half priced books franchise in my country, but lately my local bookstore, which also sells secondhand books has had a lot of almost brand new secondhand manga coming in. Picked up most of Apothecary diary, a few volumes of My dress up darling, and the first three Alice in Borderland volumes all for below what I could sell them for online if I end up not liking the series.

And i should soon have arriving volume 5 of kiju#8 and volume's 5,6 of don't toy with me miss nagatoro. Also, on the 1st of april, im planning on ordering my first ever manga boxset.

Vid must be a month old bc I picked up like 5 of those vols in the second HPB you went to lol. I just hate how far everything is in houston but I've gotten some decent stuff from that one. Good vid and hope to see more content in the future

Nice video! Also i'm surprised this wasnt when you found all of Rave Master. It definitely is and I say this with confidence, Mashima's Magnum Opus. Edens Zero is in it's final arc of the manga and I don't think it will surpass Rave for me. I hope you enjoy the read whenever you get down to it!

Dude, next time you go to OKC check out Atomik Pop! Best manga selection in all of OKC by far. They have lots of out of print and rare series there. Check it out and lmk what you think! I found GTO volumes 2-20 for an amazing price there like a year ago.

hi, on or off is a Korean Manga (Manhwa, typically known as) and is a BL (Boys Love). these types of BL Manhwa's are typically pubs by webtoon apps or websites and written by users of the sites or independent authors, (which is why they are more pricey). it's nice that some publishing companies are finally picking up these manhwas, but just a warning, they are generally have explicit content in them, so best not exactly flip through them! but def recommend On or Off, its a good one!!
