Just wireless direct to camera. I’ve never had those issues! If you’re in manual there shouldn’t be any pulsing! Maybe an ibis issue with a manual focus lens & the lens profile being not set correctly (as manual lens’s don’t tell the camera what focal length they are) Not sure sounds like a unique problem! 🤞🏼 you find a solve!

Thank you :). I wanted to use a 400mm 2.8 but canon wasn’t able to provide one so the 100-500 & 70-200 was the only zooms we had available to test unfortunately!

@@JedDobre That explains a lot but also adds another question if the Canon R1 is aimed at mainly Action, Journalism,Sports and wildlife areas one would assume that Canon would have brought along said 400mm f2.8 or 600mm f4 lenses to show off the Canon R1 capabilities looks a bit of mis step

Yeah you’d think so.. but from my experience dealing with all brands is they don’t typically have the foresight that you or i would have! 😂🤦🏼‍♂️

@@JedDobre Thank you! Fv mode is Manual mode with the ability to change aperture, shutter speed, ISO as well as exposure compensation using just two dials.

Streaks from the fluid or finger print/gunk etc? Make sure there’s a wet & a dry side of your swab. You can press harder than you think & repeat the process until it’s gone. May need a few more drops on the swab. If it’s streaks from the swab liquid they will dry but it may mean there’s too much fluid on your swab! It’s a fine line!

Wide or zone are good in those use cases. Tracking center spot is good. Aquite focus on your preferred subject, stay tracking while you recompose then take the shot! Happy snapping!

From memory there was 3 counterweights provided in the pro kit.. I think i typically used 2 of them. (All same weight) I thought was 100% necessary in getting the most stable shot! I recently sold this arm so can’t check the exact specifics for you but pretty sure 3 are provided in the pro kit! :)

I’m currently between car rigs at the moment. My client work in that space dried up unfortunately & that’s why I sold late last year. Although I’m currently in talks that may require me to get another one 🤦🏼‍♂️ haha. Looking at 4:08 in the video looks like there’s actually 6 counter weights! You’ll be able to see how they’re mounted if you pause there!
