As I say in practice to the students of yoga “ don’t dwell in the past and in turn not allowing the mind to race to far into the future . Simply be content with rating in the now , it’s all we ever have the now”. Very nice, i love this kind of thing, and want to make my own videos like this. But just like the high definition quality is important for visual satisfaction, so too is the frame rate, the higher the better. I also loved the music, well done 👌❤️👍
