I’m using an iPhone 14 and I want 4k Footage to use this footage on Final Cut Pro 7. I have already downloaded the footage on my hard drive but Final Cut Pro 7 does not recognize the files when I try to import them and I have the latest OS system which doesn’t allow me to use compressor. So what do I do to get this footage in Final Cut Pro 7?

Excellent video man! I have a technical question. When I make 4K files, the ones that I am going to reconnect to, which flavor of Prores will I use? Because in your vid you say,"422HQ," but you select 422 from the dropdown menu in MPEG Streamclip, and right before you select (to Batch) the drop down says Prores 4444. Once again thanks so much!
