i understand this video is old, but opening the Family Editor is the first step. Starting inside the editor without showing how to get there pretty much invalidates the video. I'm not saying the video is lacking in any other aspect, but missing that simple, foundational step is why it's 14 years old with less than 1k likes...

If you don't see the label option at the top when you click the dimension. Then right click the dimension, select label, then select add parameter in the drop down.
