hi devs, i'm using maya 2020 and i have an issue with the tool. I can load master teeth properly, create guides BUT when I try to create teeth set all teeth are rotated in different direction and are not alligned properly like they should be. It doesn't matter If I choose default value of 5 teeth or change then number to something higher like 15...it's all the same, teeth are '' flipped '' -90 on x. Any suggestion ? thank you

Yes this tool outputs maya curves, which can be used with any grooming tools, like xgen, yeti, ornatrix etc..

Does it work on imported mesh? For example, I import an alembic animation, it is triangles mesh instead of quadrangle. Will it work? Can I try it before purchasing?

Thanks, we usually keep 2X speed for making the demo videos more presentable and short. however you can use TH-cam player's Playback Speed options to slow down the video playback to 0.5X or 0.25X, the English Captions cover detailed explanation for each step followed while using the tool.. Maya Xgen intermediate level knowledge would be good enough to understand the workflow process & steps covered..Unfortunately other that these Demo videos we dont have any other written Documentation yet, but usually the Demo videos(available in part wise) cover all the Important Features of this Toolset... Hope this helps..!!

It can not undo after I pointed to wrong position by misstake, set the point to the source mesh twice then new point snap to target object on the wrong camera.
The draw point supports undo, so ideally you can undo your actions, but in case you having issues with that, then you can always delete those faulty marker-points (as pair) you can select & delete them using the 'delete marker' button. Thanks, the main advantage would be the pricing point, Topowrap is 20x cheaper, but definitely Zwrap/wrap3D is more advanced toolset, with much smarter wrap features, Topowrap is a simplified implementation inside Maya, at more affordable price.
For the bake texture tool, is the max resolution 4k? Awesome tool btw, will purchase this asap
for now I've set it to 4K for best bake speed, but its possible to export higher res than that (like 8K or even 16K) but I need to test it on a Hires Scan data, In case if you have a Scan data with 8K or 16K scan textures, then let us know, wd love to test it out with Highres Bake.

Sure, this tool works for all OS- Mac, Linux, windows, if you configure Maya2022 to use python 2.7 then it will work fine in Maya2022.

@@unplugtools5765 unfortunately, python 2.7 option only works for Maya 2022 in Windows. Mac is stuck to 3.0, it would be great if the plugin can be updated to the new 3.0 version in the future. All the best!
If I understand correctly, this is a more comprehensive tool than DrawGroomGuidesTool V1.5 for Maya. If I buy it, will it have DrawGroomGuidesTool V1.5 for Maya functionality plus additional features?
Yes they both are separate tools, and CMG doesn't have DGG functionality covered, but since you are interested in both, if you buy CMG tool we can offer you DGG tool add-on to you without any additional cost. Thanks

This is seriously amazing stuff, Autodesk should hire you to fix Xgen! Great to see tools like this in 2021 when most of the stuff out there is 3-4 years old or more.
