    We always have a choice, and the worst wast engaging in gambling, having false hope, losing our real identity in life. The problem is not in gambling its in ourselves, we have been played, we are the game.

No one there misses you. And you don’t miss anyone. It’s the best thing. I’ve done. As you know. Understanding. This addiction and getting ur head around is the answer a bit like knowing ur enemy. And. Knowing. How to defeat it. Thanx for video made a lot of sense to me.

    Great share friend! I feel that people also gamble to escape horrible things that has happened to them or the stress of everyday life. You get in place where you feel exited and the high of almost winning of course no different than taking a drug. Once you experience it you think there’s no better feeling and crazy the feeling once again. Gambling is a silent addictive drug that will poison not only you but your love ones.

    hey brother, i was once in a situation like yours.. i found the best way to overcome gambling is reading the bible and praying everyday and memorising some scripture. i used to gamble my pay every week and tell the mrs that some payment came out of my account and used to lie to her every week. it was a tough time so we ended up losing everything due to gambling. now by the grace of God we are fine and I've stopped gambling well not really but I've chosen a few games that take abit of skill to play like poker. and always take what your gonna lose and never your whole bankroll. God bless bro

      Oh man !! I was loving what u were saying until the last cpl lines !!! If though u truly r Abe to stay in control as you say playing games of "skill" than that great . A compulsive gambler however such as myself , I'd just be unable to stop at playing poker .. there wouldn't be such a thing as 'take what u r gonna lose' bc once you begin you just can't stop !

      @Mav685. ปีที่แล้ว

      @@yaakovbelfer1698 daymn umm you need a new mindset.. im not sure what games you play and what risks you take but think to yourself why you doing it? And does it actually help you in whatever you trying to achieve in life? Coz if you're gambling for the fun of it then losing is what will always happen.. the devil likes to lure you in give you some hope with a little win big win here and there only to keep you in the loop then only to lose it all and laugh at you in the end while you try and recover.. dont fall for it bro.. if what you playing requires abit of skill or mathematical advantage then yeah go for it but if its playing pokies or playing lottery then give it up bro.. my mrs holds all funds and she only gives me my buyins for poker and a few dollars for a drink or feed. That stops me from putting any funds into anything else.. God bless

      @@yaakovbelfer1698 Yaakov, I empathize with your situation and I do support help for problem gamblers. That being said, the very very small minority should not ruin gambling which is a fun time for the other 99.9% of us. Too many times this ends up happening that there is a huge crack down on being able to have fun gambling because of problem gamblers and I don't support that. Good luck with your journey and I hope you can find peace. I fully support your rehabilitation. Shabbat Shalom.

    Part of life is weeding out the things that are dragging you down or compromising your happiness. I liked this video and I hope you win this fight as gambling tends to be your kryptonite. But don't feel alone! My battle was with cigarettes. I started at age 16 and by the time I was 31 I had quit and restarted smoking 5 or 6 times. I disliked how I was unable to save money and often felt winded from walking up the stairs. One day I decided that enough was enough. I quit soon thereafter. I've been 13 years without a butt and run regularly.

    After watching a few of these gambling addiction videos, I feel like I never want to step inside a casino again. I'm not a gambler and have never had a gambling problem, but casinos appear to have this beautiful facade, but behind it is misery, manipulation, and addiction. When I'm in a casino, I marvel at how many willingly sit and gamble on the slot machines. Today I learned a term called "rent seeking" and casinos by their very nature fit the definition.
