Great video! One thing I would like to add though: stay away from "Psychiatrists". At least in the USA, all these MD's want to do is throw medications at you. Meds that will mask whatever's going on. I'd strongly urge people with depression or anxiety or anything to first go see a mental health counselor, / mental health therapist. There are so many ways to combat depression/ anxiety including lifestyle changes and cognitive behavioral therapy, and more.

Bgv16 are better in my opinion especially for smaller hands. More compact padding and knuckle protection with a grip bar

It’s because of the name, too many brands that provide the same quality product for anybody to spend 400-500 and sometimes more just for one pair of gloves. I got some win1s from Top Boxer and have had them for two years and they’ve held up just like winnings. Even fly gives you top notch quality at a decent price with their X line.
