I really hope Character Options see this, but I really wish they would do rereleases of the older sonics with the modern technology. Like you mentioned, the sound of the extension is really cool, tge lighting setting are awesome and the chrome finishes have been awesome. Ive also noticed how far in quality these sonics have improved, and they look so much more like props, so I just hope they apply this modern technology like the chrome releases to older designs, hoping they update the designs. (Have the button attached to the silder for 10s sonic, have the one button on 11s sonic operate the sonic in extended and retracted mode)

Also I’m subbing because of the positive review for a change many have been negative about this and it’s a really nice item

Fun fact, the scuffs on the product actually make it more screen accurate, the one that is advertised on the official doctor who TH-cam channel by 15th doc is weathered metallic and scuffed up so that’s a nice way to make you feel better about any Q.C issues :)

That looks amazing. What i would love to see one day, if they find a way to make it, it where the pitch of the sonic sound climbes up and another where the pitch of the sound will react to motion

Actually, you press the button 14 times to go into the laser screwdriver mode, then press it 15 times to change it back.

Hi there, I just ordered one of these beauties and got my shipping number this morning. I do have an 11th Doctor single button sonic but I think this might be my new favourite....either way they'll look good with my sabers.

Looking at this after years of not polishing mine and im wondering what type of cape cod product you used? Im worried about damaging it so i want to make sure im getting the right thing.

the ct store one is poor quality and mine was missing the button had deep scratches and just poor quality refused to refund me so did a charge back

Have you ever had your battery leak? Mine has very unfortunately been sitting for quite awhile and a bit worried about that. Probably a year or two. I am of course able to open it now and check but a bit worried i will overtighten the bottom. I can never tell stuff like that when its tight enough, i always end up going a bit more and cracking other electronics. I work on precision electronics constantly but its different when its your own baby, and a sonic not a laptop or control board. I always get super OCD about my stuff that its on there perfect then break it 🙄. Does that screw have to come out to remove the bottom?

What keeps it from sliding open when it’s in closed position? Is it just the metal being tight?

Love this design! Wish they’d given it to the Doc, or designed a Sonic that incorporates many of these design elements. Beautiful work!!!😊

I have the standard version and I’m happy with it but I do want to pick up the convention exclusive version just for the sonic collection if I can find it at a good price I don’t need the color changing effects cause the doctor hasn’t done a settings change on the sonic that changed the color it emits

Hello, greetings, I tell you that I currently have 4 Weta Workshop rings, one size 11, one size 10 and two size 9, one sealed and the other I use from time to time, as of today, how is your ring? I think that if you don't use it it shouldn't lose its gold plating.

Wow the lights reflect off the prongs when extended and im excited to see it pointed at the camera in the show
