Starshine

A music video for the song Starshine by Gorillaz. It stars me as "Starshine". I also helped out on some technical stuff too. The main applause should go to Amira Dughri who edited this bad MF.
Bad Religion - Who We Are

This is a higher resolution version of my Bad Religion "Who We Are" music video, which I produced, wrote, directed, filmed, and edited for a class assignment in less than a week at a cost of less than $25 (not counting the thousands I spend on tuition). Please comment and rate . . . I'd like to hear what you really think.

It's cold again, it looks like rain A procession of humanity, strikingly simian Saunters by, I can't explain Why it's troubling to see them so Whoa, better than who we are with mania And yearning for, and learning from Whoa, better than holiness and candy aisles Of loneliness and sweet revenge A cigarette, a memory All connections to the permanence of burning The pedestal gets in the way And cannot withstand our honest scrutiny Whoa-oh, better than who we are with mania Or standing for, or dead against Whoa-oh, better than holiness and candy aisles Of loneliness and sweet revenge Do you feel the chill of December In the rioting of spring? And are we made of something better than clay? A leap, a fight, a secret rite The lonely quest for meaning and the universe is dreaming, oh Whoa-oh, better than who we are with mania And yearning for, and learning from Whoa-oh, better than holiness and candy aisles Of loneliness and sweet revenge Whoa-oh-oh-oh, oh-oh-oh, sweet revenge
I don't know much about the history of foreign songs, but I like Bad Religion's songs, both old and new! From a Japanese person.
Another masterpiece from an eternal band. I love them since I started listening to their music in the 80´s.

Watched the video a few times and read description after... so this isn't an official video? Its really really good!
We are here, the true bad religion fans, who prefer this song to the more popular American Jesus
I come back to this song and video every so often. It really affects me personally. Years ago, I once had the exact same moment when I lit a cigarette and burned a picture from heartache. So surreal to see it here. ❤
remember watching this when I was young. still love the editing you done in this. hope all is well my dude
reading the comment about tuition makes me laugh in younger millennial
Brasil
Heard this song when I was 10. I'm 27 now and it means so much to me.
Who is the composer? Brett or Greg?
The song shows the humanity's existential poverty today. In giving up suicide, the song symbolically shows that what we have left is to move on with our lives and be as happy as possible. What do you think about it?
Fucking blinding song. Great video aswell.
Dude, why is this a B-side? This is A material, easily.
I want you to know that i think that this is in total accordance with the tone and feeling of the song, the lyrics, the content. Especially the all in clusive macro perspective flashing imagery. It works excellently as a juxtaposition with the micro and all of our little problems that we make so big and take so personally. I have to say, i loved this so much i made my own copy so i could watch it and listen to it whenever i want. I especially love the part at the end with the black and the white fading while the world saturates with a new brilliance as our main character chooses wisely to walk away. Which, side note, for me being such a huge bad religion fan, made me feel like it was a reference to another bad religion song, walk away. :P I love this, its excellent, and i hope eight hundred thousand more people experience it. Great work.
Terrible
Just a pure,Brilliant job you did with this video. If there was a shred of Justice in this world, your tuition would be zeroed out on grounds of this little "Art-Project" alone. :) ;)
This video is just so good. Some a bit on the nose references but have always loved the trigger in then out and gun drop sequence. Amazing work.
Beautifully written once again, BR never disappoints! Satisfied.
Such a great song
god song,no direction, don't pray on me,news from the front, kyoto now!,sowing the seeds of utopia & who we are
I keep watching this vedio year after year it never gets old , its genius. . I really enjoyed it , thanks for sharing
It became some sort of a habit that I try and watch this on my birthdays. Today I'm 31. The music and the video still means the same to me as they meant several years ago when I first saw it. Ageless.
thats a lovely tradition, and i may try it out. This video hits me very existentially.
en el dizko ezta este tema ezta buenizimo
you know it's old when there's a myspace link in the description

best BR song
This along with the other BR track on punkorama 8 put me onto their legacy. I haven't looked back since.
1:52 Sometimes Jay's bass fills give me heart palpitations.
+Queef he does that very good
It maybe a signal that you need to visit a doctor lol
@@FabricioEGiovanni Only if the doctor can prescribe something that makes me a better bass player.

is this the guy from shameless??
Haha. Asshat. I was thinking the same thing about a child finding the gun however this is a good video, but it looks like someone other than bad religion made this. Good job though.
Yes, Atheist.... Only human, alone in the Universe....
Nice job with the video
I think you missed the point. He was going to kill himself and chose to discard the IDEA. Leaving the gun behind was symbolic. Plus, we can always make more children.(;
punk o rama 6

The video is awesome, good job!!!
How was this song ever a B side? It is comfortably in my top 5 BR songs ever.. and that is an illustrious top 5!
The two best songs from Bad Religion’s best album weren’t even on the album
All 3 b sides of Who we are, leaders and followers, shattered faith are in my top 5. Other 2 I'll nominate, struck a nerve and... Umm.... I'll go with "You"
News From The Front is my favorite b side, love that song.
This song rocks and meaningful to me....plus Brooks is the best drummer.
Nice video!!!....someone know, when BR released this song??" Buen video amigo!!..alguien sabe cuando BR lanzó esta canción??
It was released on punk o Rama 6. Surprisingly this song is easily accessible
B-side from The Process Of Belief
Like this song so much
great job!
"Materialist" or "Kyoto Now"
Does it HAVE to take half an enterny to start?
I never get this song. Can you explain me meaning. And yes, this song really got stuck in my head
Anyone have any songs in mind by Bad Religion that are like the song "We're Going To Die From Our Own Arrogance?"
justice 5150 part 111
Dang its only been 4 years since I found Bad Religion. Still listening to em constantly, wish I could listen to their discography again for the "first' time
