Hi guys,
This is a normal training day. I train jiu-jitsu in Force Submission (you can find their website below) along with other trained killers.
This video showcases jiu-jitsu drills, training, how-to do submission, and raw sparring.
I personally use these videos for skill development and I hope this can be useful for my team-mates as well. However for you, depending on who you (weather you never did jiu-jitsu, thinking about returning to training, or already training jiu-jitsu) I hope you can benefit from this video.

    I have a bit tip that’ll change ur life so when ur doing pull ups try to straighten out ur legs to be like a flat board and then do the pull ups and it will be different but it’ll help a lot more than letting them hang I hope this helped

    Yo dude what muscle group are you training? If i was going to do a full body work out in one session then i would be doing arnolds 6. Its 6 movement a day to give you the best result.. just saying dude, like the best press is the incline at 30°(back by scientific studies) so why do incline flys and flat flys. It doesnt make sense. Dont think i wrote this to be a dick, i just think if your doing the hard work of going then you deserve to get the best gains possible for the 90 days
