YES. I just deleted my social media apps because when I was with my kids I’d “escape” to social media and would get so frustrated when they’d interrupt my “me time” which was just me scrolling, harming myself internally, ultimately hurting my relationship with my babies.

I was at the gym and this girl she just kept looking at me when I used the very light weights and she kept looking at me sitting down in my walker, then she looked at my wheels I felt very uncomfortable and I felt very ashamed to be at the gym. I have a daily physical challenge and I try my best to move so why was she looking at me so much? I felt so uncomfortable I felt like she was maybe judging me thats what it felt like because she kept looking at my walker.

Spectrum Mobile is literally the same thing as postpaid Verizon. Verizon has a contract with Spectrum to use their fiber to connect their towers and as part of that, Spectrum Mobile customers get the exact same coverage and the exact same network propority as Verizon Postpaid customers.

I just switched to Spectrum and I definitely waited too long to switch from Verizon. In this economy, brand loyalty takes a distant back seat to value. Great video! Cheers.

Honestly just focusing on my emails, at business, making YT vids, & searchinf up art events are enough for me in life. Staying away from SMs really helped me focus on my business. Sending out emails isnt hard ror me since i love to write, so all I have to do is have a free day to do admin work & just write out emails to be automated over time. A lot simpler than thinking of captions for IG or TT. Gives me time to go back to creating art either the rest of the day, or the next if I'm spending time w/ family. As for making YT vids, my setup up is to just do my usual thing in my studio instead of focusing on making things look snappy for IG/TT. I can just edit down it a bit & move onto audio for a story. Again, on a free day then automate in advance. So yeah, w/o the other platforms, life has been going well for me. It's hard to stay away from those apps, but over time, it'll get easier 😊
