Absolutely beautiful, this was the song that made me love classic music. Was playing hitman when i was 10 years old. When the song came, I instantly fell in love. Seeing someone play it makes me almost cry. Great video, and rip to everyone affected by covid. I need to learn it myself

I was there. I had just moved to Toronto from a smaller city, so going to the Ex was a big thrill. I even saw Tom Jones there! Well, sort of. I was in the Alpine Way cable car, and he was onstage at the Grandstand as I passed, but at least I can say "I saw Tom Jones". LOL Thanks for sharing this video.

Wow the good old CNE when it actually meant something, now its just a large flea market. Like everything else in Toronto, its gone to hell.

My female dobie girl Tyke is European as well I never had any problems with her except trying to get into the trash but other than that she is the best girl and she loves her mommy so much which is me and also she protective as well

Love watching old home made movies, Toronto had literally no skyline back then

Thanks for posting. My earliest memories of the CNE was 1975 - 1976. When I was 6.

We had 3 dobies and a whippet, great bunch of dogs. All played well together, as they aged the all adjusted around the oldest(10years) partially blind deaf and senile dobie to let her think she was as active as the younger ones for the year she was around. Miss them all. Wish the best for you and your dobie.

Fantastic breed, love dobermans, you made the right choice.

Lol, we have 2 male red Dobes - full brothers different litters. How is Piper? It's funny, my very first dog was a Whippet and my husband's roommate and his best friend had a Whippet, like way before we ever even met - what are the chances!?! Told him the other day, I want another Whippet to help exercise our Dobermans - Lol! Actually the Dobes probably have more energy than a Whippet, right? Short bursts of speed, then sleep the rest of the day. My Whippet was Prudence, white and fawn and his buddy's was Torry, a brindle. Actually our Dobes are 100lb couch potatoes in the house - it's a beautiful thing!

Cute Doby, I had one but the ears were natural. Real goobers, mine would never like a collar on..lol

Wow! Talk about good memories of this era. Things were simple but still a ton of fun. For years we camped out of town over the Labour Day weekend and missed the CNE, but during the 80's and 90's, I made up for lost time. 'Let's go to the X'!

Love watching ur dobie ive had several. I have big female now. She a great dog trained obident. Im getting new dobie puppy on feb 1 i name him Judah. He a European dob he get up 2 125 lbs. Have lots plans 4 him.
