Company of Folk is an Illinois nonprofit organization located in Chicago that researches, preserves, and presents folk music and folk arts in Chicago and the Upper Midwest. Company of Folk receives funding from the National Endowment for the Arts, the Illinois Arts Council Agency, the City of Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events and private donations.
