Have you read A hundred little flames by preeti shenoy I read last 50 pages of this book at one sitting at that time otherwise i am only able to read 10 pages at one sitting

@@afnankhan2532 it’s on my list
It was so expected; it's less about the character and more about the nature of a human being and desires.
@@jaynishsoni9287 umm, no.. hooking up with the dead gf’s (kind of) mentor who is much older than him while also being in love with another girl was unexpected because none of them were like that (at least that’s what the writing made me believe)

@@ThirdVisionTutorials thank you!! 😄
Congratulations for new book case and happy Diwali 🎉 Varsha and your family 😊
Hey, Happy Diwali to you and your family. And thank you so much 😁😁
Could you kindly suggest me some great books on social activism and politics?
Hey, I have not read many books on these topics and what I can remember is that I liked 1984 and animal farm by George Orwell which is a commentary on social situations Here are some some books I have not read by were suggested to me: The value of everything by Mariana Mazzucuto Too big to fail by Andrew Ross Sorkin The black swan by Nassim Nicholas Taleb Why gender matters in economics by Mahesh Eswaran Sacred cows and chickens manchurian by James Staples
Hey varsha, aman this side. Its totally fair and normal if you are not able to complete a certaij type of book. Even im also struggling with a few book due to this reading stump, one of them is Rent ki Samadhi. It feels like a guilt at the very moment but i dont think this is justified. At last we are human, not machines. So, just chill. 😅😊
😅😅
Wow, You have some amazing book. I usually expected to see some dark or cringe romance book in bookshelf ( Not that I am against romance novel, I did try to read romance novel few times and came back to reality with my brain fry. But this world is big everyone has different taste )
Thank you 😅, I also rarely enjoy a romance novel but I do try to read some once in a while….
New subscriber 🎉🎉🎉
I agree with so many points in this book. It felt like it was a beginning of a potentially interesting novel instead of a complete short story
🤕🙄
Hi, I read this book, and yes I'm 24, so ofc i loved the book, the possibility that u talked about, it was not a plot twist i'd say, as it was pretty much mentioned in the synopsis, plus i think the book could've had 30 pages more, i think she was exploring grief properly and didn't finish it properly
Hi, the thing is the young adult romance novels I had read, before this one, also had similar plot going on and probably thats the reason I wanted something else, and about the synopsis, I sometimes read the synopsis sometimes I pick a book just like that.. And I also think the grief part was well explored and it did not need anymore pages but I guess it comes down to personal preferences so you’re correct and I am also not wrong 😄 What are you reading currently?
Nice❤
It was wonderful to have you back after long time with such a candid conversation on DNF/reading slump and contagious smile! Being avid readers we don't like giving up on reading books that we undertook might be from the fact that valuing initial time invested or personally journey doesn't seem that interesting about the topic anymore.Personally,in my opinion, our present situations of life drives the interest to read in flow, like most recently had to cope up with feeling of grief and loss of my best friend to terminal illness, made me read books like "tuesdays with morrie","the last lecture","when breath becomes air" and found quiet solace in these books.Sometimes its ok to spend quiet moments with ourselves .
Hey! I’m so sorry for your loss, but I’m sure your friend is in a better place now 🕊️ When the world becomes too loud, I too find solace in books…
I am beginner... From Which book should i start
Hi If you’ve never read any novel I would say start with any Chetan Bhagat novel, if you don’t like Chetan Bhagat you can then read these as per your preference Short novels: Ghachar ghochar, If you want to read fiction: The white tiger by Arvind Adiga, The kite runner, Harry Potter (fantasy fiction), Shiva trilogy (historical fiction), Before the coffee gets cold (any book from the book series) Non fiction: The power of habits Classics: 1984 by George Orwell the metamorphosis by Franz Kafka If you want to read a Hindi novel: Yaar papa by divy Kumar Shukla
👌😀
The takeaway from this video, don't waste your time, energy, and money on this book. Honestly, I think it's best to avoid books with less than a 4-star rating on Amazon. There are so many great books out there-why bother with this one, unless the author is your favorite or a relative?

Your review was so candid yet full of honest feedback. Again reiterating love the amazing way of story telling skill you have innately and like the criticism of Anita Desai's writing style as a general reader should expect. Well balanced feedback with expected praise for intriguing plot as per the taste..can't wait to see more of Indian authors in the series! ..may pls leave any good read id/mail contact in bio to engage in conversation for fans optionally :-)
I’m really glad that you liked the video, such Comments are the motivation one needs in times of giving up. Thank you so much
Why so?
Author may be a plygirl .. unstable lustful energy.... One night stand...She may looks men as object ...one of the reason ..her childhood conditioning was not good as her parents relation were not good ..she had no idea what committment is ... Its reminds Anushka sharma of Jab tak hai Jaan... Not this disease is common in Gen Z.. body count , emotionless, confused and committemnt issue..
