@@CawnYT theres free modeling software called blender so you can make models in that. If you dont wanna learn modeling but want models you can download some from sites like opengameart and sketchfab

this video is pretty outdated but its possible if you made the vision field using raycast instead of an object. i might make updated version someday

@@AeroZone well maybe then you could make multiplayer using the THNK framework which allows unlimited amount of players playing at the same time (depends on what adapter to use) the only problem is theres literally almost no support/documentation for it + its a little bit less smooth than the official one... heres link if you want to try it out thnk.cloud

make username(text object) for each player (different objects for plr1 username1 for plr2 username2 and so on) then set the usernames to Multiplayer::PlayerUsername(enter the plr number here) and then just set their position to the corresponding player

P2P peer connected is being triggered. But client is not connecting to the scene

@@FR-qq9bt try updating the extension to the newest version, gdevelop uses to break stuff using extensions like this after some time

@@kravataf thanks for your answer. Latest version of THNK is 3 months old. On your computer, is THNK still working with your multiplayer example?

@@FR-qq9bt as of 7/21/2024 it seems that the connecting client isnt put into the scene

They did state that you will be able to customize it soon. I'm pumped for it

Im working on it! I already made it more accurate after making this video by centering the center of the block when placed but there are still some problems

i noticed that my fps start dropping by a little bit after placing ton of blocks so i might look into optimizing it after fixing bugs
