Cresent rolls with jalapeno cheddar smoked sausages! So easy and delicious!!😍
Cresent jalapeno cheddar smoked sausage recipe:
You need:
A 6-pack of jalapeno cheddar smoked sausages
(I used Johnsonville) 😊
They are by the hotdogs!
8- pack of Cresent rolls
3 slices of American cheese totally (opt.)
Preheat oven to 375
Put your Cresent rolls on sprayed pan, put on your cheese (opt.)
(kids love the extra cheese but you have to cook a little longer)
Put on your sausages roll up fat side first.
Bake 12-15 minutes or until all are golden brown..Done. Enjoy!

I was taught to put a slice of bread in my mouth to cut up onions; it absorbs the fumes. When you wash you hands after slicing onions rub your hands over you sink faucet it will take the odor.
I thaw mind first, an hour in a sink of hot water. I find the more you cook these, the more tender they get. 190 degrees and it almost falls apart. Let it rest for a good hour to keep all the juices in. Impossible to mess up. The fat cap marinates it. The best, the cheapest, and healthy.

I've done this a few times now in a granite ware roaster and I fill it with vegetables as well as the meat. The liquid seems to steam it more than boil. Everything comes out tender and perfectly cooked every time.
