A great looking build. It all looks lore-friendly and as if people from the Commonwealth have actually built a home out on the water. This makes a lot of sense as said water then provides quite an effective defense against land-borne critters. If I may make one small suggestion., If you don't want the fire barrel of the Armour Workbench to look like it is going to set fire to and bun to the waterline the wooden boat, the place a metal plate or tiled piece under it. It doesn't have to be under the entire workbench. Just under the fire barrel itself since fires from forges tend to get very hot and would at the very least scorch the wood. Other than that, I will repeat my opening statement. Great looking build.

It's sooo tedious to build on water... Just because it's hard to build larger objects since there's no land to place them on. I applaud anyone on PS4 building in open water. Looks like you leveled up 18 times during this build too 👍 I wish you could assign settlers to those animation rugs from Busy Settlers Mod with the Workshop Anywhere builds... If you've never used that you can assign settlers to specific animations like sweeping, smoking, leaning against a wall, sitting on the ground etc. It really puts you in control of what the settlers do. Makes the settlement feel more alive.

It's fun to watch the process even though I don't understand it because I'm on PC, but it's fascinating watching the Qwapa post in use. Those "sharks", you know I always wonder if in fact they are mutated dolphins 🤔 Thanks for sharing the build, it's great.

This looks great, but how did you build it? I found the location and there is a ruined bathroom, an intact bedroom, and an adjacent area with a weapons work bench and a stairwell. I don’t see how I can modify anything.

Don't the raiders respawn on the roof ? I think the mod "Beantown Interiors" opens up a lot more of this building, all the way down to the ground but it's populated by more raiders.

It's a good looking build. If this is a player home and therefore a build you are going to return to often, you will need to beef up your defences. Both the Deathclaw and the ghouls respawn regularly. So I would reinforce those flimsy-looking walls and add a bunch more turrets.

That's a great looking build. I am also currently building at Starlight in a MM playthrough. Though my settlement won't be near as extensive as this one is. I like the idea of the elevator up the side of the screen structure. That's something I have never thought to do, which is crazy when I see how elegantly yours conveys you to the top. 🤔 Great work so far. I wish you all the successes in carrying on and here's hoping your machine can cope with your plans.

Are you playing on a pc Xbox or Playstation? I use Playstation and would like to build that but I doubt my system could handle that settlement.

I would recommend using a different Place Anywhere mod other than QWAPA! (PA) disables all build limits when the post is being used, allowing you to literally build anywhere without a limit to clipping; build limit, settlement borders, etc.

Do you have a covenant build? And if so please post it! I’m currently working on mine and doing a prewar pristine project is wayyy out of my theme; Also; any tips on building up views regarding this game? Like what tags you may use etc; I love this game and being able to share my settlements and current builds to more people would be awesome! As I said before; I collab would be great; or a build off, if you name the settlement and within a weeks time I’ll have a build for it on my survival series! Btw; that red rocket build was built on survival! All of the resources were scavenged and I’m level 23 and I haven’t even gotten nick yet; I’ve got the quest but you know, settlement building takes a while and you can’t stop once you start lol 😂

I like it. Maybe look at the Stiltsville in Florida. You have a bit more room for building if you embrace that concept.:P

Nice; are you playing on PS5? Currently on PS4 and just wondering what system you’re on, I see you’re using the junk wall pack I’m using in my showcase! Love the walls in that mod, and those trees you were wondering, are in CVA (custom vanilla assets) and I highly recommend using that mod as well! Great build again very interesting, im assuming you used workshop anywhere to get this settlement, I miss using that mod but every single time my game crashes when I throw it 😂

Dude this is super impressive! I’ve been playing fallout since the moment it came out but I’m going to be honest and say that in the beginning I couldn’t give a flying f**k about settlement building lol, so I never really learned how to be creative with it and I never really learned the basics of it honestly but in the last few months I’ve actually been really fascinated by it and I’ve started learning how to do it. I watch videos like this for inspiration and I really like how neat everything is laid out in your settlements. You just earned a subscriber my friend, keep up the good work😁👍
