This doesn’t do a Flashing Yellow Arrow, it makes sense to be cautious when Pedestrians are crossing the street

@@Shiquanlo233 They decided to do a 4 Section Right Turns by miss programming a Flashing Yellow. It should be replaced to 3 Lenses with a FYA sharing on Steady Yellow.

One on Durham @ Hall another on Walnut @ Grande
One on Cornell @ Evergreen & Cornelius Pass @ Evergreen
