With most of her memories and abilities sealed and her appearance shifted to that of an average mortal, Living blissfully unaware of her supernatural origins, having lived inside a normal orphanage, growing up to be a normal computer programer, and living a normal if not a bit lonely life, well until Tohru came along that is, Kobayashi's memories of being Makima slowly comes back to her along with bits of her powers which she dismisses as her imagination, it continued like this of a while until Kobayashi's confrontal with Damocles the Emperor of Demise and Tohru's father, when she was struck by the small beam Damocles shot her with she (Kobayashi/Makima) regains her memories fully, enraged with Damocles for taking away Tohru and trying to rip apart HER family she fights back, and boy was the two dragons surprised when they see an absolutely furious Devil glaring murderously at the Emperor of Demise instead of the assumed fragile human Tohru fell inlove with. P.S: I've always thought Kobayashi sounded more of a surname then a first name so her full name in my headcannon is Kobayashi Makima
